Adam looked at the slumped body of William.

He could easily kill him now. But it wouldn't really satisfy him and Adam wished to end him in a way that would leave no ambiguity.

Getting some Karma on the way as well would be great.

'Time to truly act as a Dream walker.'

*Gasp*

William came to himself a few minutes later.

"My. Oh my. I must say. I was wondering just how much shit stain you were but damn. Gotta say, I feel sorry for your wife "

"Who? Are you from the Casino? I said I would give back everything I owned without problem "

He shook his head and looked around hoping to get a glimpse of his assailant. He was unable to move the rest of his body. As if something was firmly pinning him down.

"Heh. Sorry but I am not with them."

"Then…"

"Let's just say. I am something worse."

William shivered. He simply wanted to leaves.

"Please don't do this. I have a wife and children to take care of. I swear to never gamble again. I will also give the money soon. Just give me a few more days."

He spoke hurriedly, hoping his words would give him some time.

After all, whoever kidnapped him must be needing something. This would explain why they didn't kill him yet.

"You know what. I will give you a chance. You will be the one that will beg me to kill you."

'What the hell is he talking about?'

Confused as he was, William was not able to answer.

He only blinked once and he found himself outside in a forest rather than the comfort of his car.

"Where?"

William could not understand what was happening. His eyes opened wide as he looked all around.

"Is this…A dream?"

What else could it be. Teleportation was not possible and while he did take some meds. They weren't strong enough to make him feel this high.

"Oh my dear friend. This is not a dream…This is a nightmare."

William twirled, "Who is it!? Where are you!? If it's some hidden camera prank. This is not funny!"

He screamed, his anxiety progressively increasing.

But this did not last.

*Growl*

"Wha–"

In the darkness. Far beyond, he could see many shining red eyes gazing at him with hunger.

He shivered, his mind nearly faltered. But he did not freeze.

He immediately started to run.

"Fuck! Fuck! Fuck! What the fucking hell is that!?"

This was one of his phobias and the reason why he never entered the forest for camping.

The fear of being attacked by savage animals.

He run and run as fast as possible.

But in the end, it was impossible for him to run far.

What followed were screams of terror and pain as he was caught by a group of wolves and was literally eaten alive.

*Gasp*

"*Huff* *Huff* *Huff*"

Sitting in his car, Williams woke up once again.

His face was covered in sweat and his heart was beating so hard so in his chest he had the impression it wanted to break away.

"I…"

He hurriedly touched different parts of his body and realized that he was in one piece.

"I am alive."

He nearly sobbed in joy. The pain had been so vivid.

"I will definitely not drink again."

"Heh. What a great decision. But this is just the beginning, you know?"

William's eyes opened wide as he immediately recognized the voice.

Sadly for him, after blinking his eyes, he found himself imprisoned in what looked like a small box.

'Hah…'

It didn't take long for him to realize that he was in a coffin.

This was another fear for him. Being buried alive.

He could hear the voice outside though, giving him hope that he might be able to escape.

"Help! I am not dead!"

He screamed and screamed again, until his voice was completely hoarse.

He punched, kicked and did everything he could.

But no matter what…They could not hear him.

"You can let the dead rest."

"Nonono! Help! Please! Listen to me! I beg you! Anyone!? Please save me!"

He cried. Tears and snot covered his face but nothing changed. The coffin was slowly buried and covered his dirt.

The remaining oxygen was consumed. He was starting to feel faint and he could feel death approaching.

In the end, he died from lack of air. It was a slow and painful Death.

.

.

What followed could only be described as hell.

Everytime, Williams would wake up in his car.

Everytime he would hear a mocking voice and

Everytime, he would die in one of the way he feared the most.

Dying while being devoured by ants.

Dying while drowning.

Dying after falling from the stair.

Dying killed by his wife or children.

Dying after being thrown in an acid tank.

Death again and again.

When William came back to himself once again but this time, thing were different.

He broke down.

"Please…just please…I beg you…Please stop."

Tears streamed from his face while his body was wracked with sobs.

'It hurt so much.'

It was painful. Oh so painful.

"Why me!? Just what the hell do you want from me!?"

He wanted the pain to stop. He was ready to give everything for the pain to stop.

But the worst was that he did not even know why he was suffering so much.

All he knew was that he was in a living hell. An interminable hell where death repeated again and again.

"Only Fifteen deaths, huh. I wonder if my expectations were too much."

Once again this voice.

But this time he did not even bother trying to find the source.

"Are you God? Or the Devil? Am I being punished?"

He muttered brokenly. There was nothing else that made sense.

"Do you want the pain to stop?"

"Yes!"

He answered without hesitation. Anything to stop this.

"Then you will do as I say."

He nodded and started to write.

What he wrote were all the crimes he committed and all the things he did using the name of his wife.

Not only did he write the truth but he also added the proof while also telling how sorry he was and how full of remorse he was.

Once everything was done. He simply sent the message to his wife as well as Shuri and the rest of the family.

"Good job."

He looked up, eyes bloodshot. "Now…Can I go?"

His voice was trembling. Fear mixed with hope filled his heart.

"Of course you can go. You just have to use this."

William felt the control of his body being robbed away from him.

He was helpless and could only watch himself open the small compartment in the car where his gun was.

"Ah…"

Realization sunk in when his own arm, despite his will, took the gun, made sure everything was working and there was no safety, before finally placing it against his temple.

"Are you happy? It won't hurt this time."

The voice came again. This time there was no laugher. Only compassion and a a soothing feeling.

"I won't…wake up again?"

"Never again."

"I see…" He closed his eyes, there was no fear in his heart. Only joy and relief.

Finally, this hell was about to end.

"Thank you."

"Farewell."
