After boasting to Lynn, Alister was motivated to empty this entire claw machine of its plush toys!

Moving the joystick in the machine, the crane moved along with it.

But when Alister surveyed the machine, the plush toys inside it weren't in an advantageous position for him. He couldn't even hook the rope on the plush toys as it was carefully placed to be unreachable.

'No wonder this game is one of the most rigged games in the arcade. The plush toys might look cute and nice, but it's almost impossible to get it.'

'Unless…'

Knowing that it was impossible to obtain a plushy for Lynn without cheating, Alister decided to cheat.

When Alister had reached the SSS-rank Initial Stage in his evolution rank, his mind control power and air manipulation power had undergone a qualitative change.

He seemed to have untapped into the full potential of his mind control power and calling it "mind control" wouldn't be able to do justice for its capabilities!

Better yet, Alister now called it as "absolute mind".

As for why, it was due to the fact that Alister could use almost any mind or esper power that he could think of.

Not only could he perform cell manipulation, invisibility, and telekinesis, but even Alister didn't know to what extent the versatility of his absolute mind power was!

At least, he only knew that he still wasn't powerful enough to change reality using his mind.

It was not that he couldn't do it. At the least, Alister estimated that he could change reality if he had enough mind power and any type of energy. Yes, he just lacked energy.

Although Alister couldn't change reality yet and make the crane game machine not rigged, he still had a trick up his sleeve.

Channeling his mind power and viral energy into the machine, Alister controlled the joystick to move the crane, positioning it above a bunny plushy.

Pressing the button on the crane game machine that was positioned beside the joystick, the crane in the machine started to descend towards the bunny plushy.

When it landed on the bunny plushy, it seemed to have a mind of its own as it perfectly locked the entire body of the bunny plushy. After the crane grabbed the bunny plush toy, it started to ascend and pull the bunny plushy upwards, out of the plush toys pile.

Eventually, the crane moved the bunny plushy towards the hole in the machine before it dropped it into it.

Picking the bunny plushy out of the cash-out location, Alister flicked his hair and said truthfully, "I am the best, right Lynn?"

In response, Lynn snatched the bunny plushy from Alister and pouted, "You cheated! You must have used your superpower! I can see the viral energy invading the machine before."

Nonetheless, Alister was still confident as if Lynn mentioning that he cheated was a compliment. For Alister, it was. After all, there wasn't a problem with cheating on a rigged game.

"If you can guess what superpower I used, then I can give you any plushy you want inside the machine.", Alister challenged Lynn to guess the superpower he used.

With the reward that Alister had offered, Lynn was naturally tempted. Although she could obtain a plushy by herself using brute force to destroy the casing in the machine, she still didn't want to use such a forceful way if possible.

"Let me guess, you used your mind control power to use telekinesis to control the crane." Lynn confidently answered as her eyes gazed at Alister, anticipating his response. Even her eyes were looking at him that said 'give me the reward'.

"Technically yes, but actually no. I have indeed used my mind control power to control the crane. And FYI, it's no longer mind control but absolute mind, as it's versatile enough to allow me to use almost all psychic powers that I could think of, assuming I have enough mind power and viral energy."

"But, I didn't use telekinesis. I used technokinesis—the ability to manipulate and control technology. Using technokinesis, I changed the parameters of the crane game machine, amplifying the claw strength and drop skill of the machine. Of course, I also subtly manipulated the crane to perfectly grab the bunny plushy."

After finishing his explanation, Alister pushed the frame of his imaginary eyeglasses. By the virtue of his air manipulation power to create an air construct eyeglasses, as well as the manipulation of the light using air densities, when Alister pushed the frame of his temporary air eyeglasses, the light seemed to shine and flash on Alister's air eyeglasses, making him look smarter.

However, Lynn wasn't dazzled by Alister's special effects and looked at him expectantly.

Knowing what Lynn wanted, Alister sighed, "I can consider that you answered my question correctly. So what plush toy do you want in the crane game machine?"

"All of it."

Receiving Lynn's reply, Alister exclaimed in surprise, "All of it?!"

"Yes, all of it.", Lynn was unfazed by Alister's response and repeated, speaking in a matter-of-fact tone.

Alister sighed once again and after coming to a conclusion, he covered his hands with sword intent and cut off the top ceiling part of the crane game machine. With a large opening in the crane game machine, Alister used his telekinesis to take out the plush toys.

No way was he going to use the crane in the game machine to take out the plush toys one by one!

This method was much more efficient aside from the fact of destroying the crane game machine but that was none of Alister's business.

Anyways, Alister was already used to stealing as he had lived through the zombie apocalypse era where everything was free and the world was lawless.

After taking out the plush toys, Alister created a huge sack that was made out of air and placed the plush toys inside it before he handed the air sack to Lynn.

When Lynn received the air sack filled with plush toys from Alister, she smiled and hugged Alister, "Thank you!"
