Dilan didn't receive an immediate answer from the small flame, which he had named the Flame of the Beginning.

It was a cool name and it was quite suitable in his opinion. The flame had been born from a devoured burning star. It was the beginning of a new life that had emerged from something old that had succumbed to its fate.

He was pretty sure that the Flame of the Beginning liked its name, especially since it had never been given a name from the Sun God, to begin with.

While the Sun God was a Tyrant in the memories of the Sun Divinity, Dilan was the complete opposite.

It was obvious that it would take a while before the Flame of the Beginning would trust Dilan but he was pretty sure that he had the capabilities to receive its trust. The only uncertain factor was how long it would take before the Flame of the Beginning would trust him!

He left the Prison Gate with that understanding and opened the Divinity Messenger. However, the moment he emerged on the other side of the Gate, Dilan was bombarded by bright shining sunlight.

His instinctive reaction was to turn his head and cover his eyes because he had been out in the dark for so long, but that was not necessary.

'The dazzling light doesn't matter anymore? Looks like I gained a bit more than initially expected.'

Dilan looked straight into the sun and he noticed with a satisfied smile on his lips that it didn't affect him. There was no problem at all, which gave him quite the advantage of surprise when battling as long as he utilized it properly.

"Ooof…" Dilan suddenly halted in his tracks when he paid attention to the Divinity Messenger.

He had been bombarded with messages from most of his friends, family, and even Ariel Silvertale.

The last messages had been sent out today, a month after he left the flying island with the Sun God's Essence Crystal in his hand.

'One month passed…That's shorter than expected,' Dilan thought with a nod before he started to write a message to answer every single direct message.

This took a few minutes and he closed the Divinity Messenger not long after.

"I told them one week, so it's obvious that they worried a bit about me…I guess?" Dilan could just shrug his shoulders, wondering if it was really necessary to be so worried about him.

They knew what he had been doing and it was not as if they couldn't have expected that it might take a little bit longer than a week.

But even when he thought like this, Dilan felt warm around his heart. He was quite happy that the others were still worried about him even though his Origin ability was so monstrous.

It made him feel more like a human rather than a monstrosity.

'I should return home to show everyone that I'm safe and sound…and that I'm much stronger than before. They'll worry less than,' He thought nonetheless and he activated Walk of Thunder and Second Acceleration before he dashed forward with terrific acceleration. Using the winds around him to further accelerate his speed, Dilan ended up breaking the sound barrier the moment he burst forth.

His speed increased further and it was only a matter of time before he activated the Zephyr Step movement technique as well. He turned into a flash that made it difficult even for ordinary Lesser Gods to see anything but his afterimages.

That was how fast Dilan had become after advancing to the fifth Tier.

In fact, he hadn't only advanced to the fifth Tier but the amount of Essence that had entered his body was enough for Dilan to distribute it evenly, increasing his stats by hundreds of units at the same time. His Essence Crystal was already filled by a quarter, which reduced the time he required to break the final shackle drastically.

Dilan couldn't estimate how long it would require to advance to the sixth Tier, let alone to fill his Essence crystal once he was an Ascender at the sixth Tier without a faux Divinity, but he guessed that it wouldn't take too long anymore, not when he was about to initiate the plan he had in mind!

But before that, it was time for him to return home, show everyone that he was fine, take a look at their progress and enter the Gate to test out the limits of his powers.

As long as he progressed slowly, it wouldn't be difficult for him to know the limits of his body, how much power he could unleash from a technique without destroying his body, and how much would destroy his body to an extent where the True Undying Essence would require a quarter of a second to heal him.

There were several things he had to find out about his combat prowess. Dilan relied on several factors when fighting, which is why he had to pay more attention to his progress and the changes he underwent.

This was even more so the truth since Dilan had yet to find out the hidden powers of the Divine Relict. However, that could definitely wait!

Rushing back to the flying island, he was greeted by his friends and family that scolded him immediately. He didn't even have the chance to take a breather because they had been worried sick.

Weirdly enough Ariel, a bunch of Elite Essence Angels, and Archangels were also present. Ariel scanned him upside down several times, for several minutes before the corner of her right eye twitched.

She looked straight in his eyes and could see the mirrored image of a brightly flickering flame.

"...You got stronger." Ariel just said and Dilan stretched out his hand. He made a peace sign, which attracted a lot more attention than Dilan expected.

Everyone looked in his direction all of a sudden and it took Dilan quite a while to realize what attracted so much attention.

"I got a little bit stronger, just a…lit—..what the hell?!"
