Ling Tian appeared at Miao Wentang's side, extending his arm slowly as if he wanted to grab him by the neck.

Miao Wentang quickly calmed down and analyzed the situation. Ling Tian was alone and the other companions of his were in that shuttle, which didn't look like they were going to help him. Was that confidence, arrogance or contempt towards him?

Miao Wentang shouted with fury and coldness due to Ling Tian insulting him! His Domain extended towards Ling Tian in the blink of an eye, trying to imprison him completely. His spirit sense and cultivation essence gathered towards Ling Tian and covered all the space in his path.

"Oh? It's a first level artifact." Ling Tian raised his eyebrow as he saw that Miao Wentang was fine and his fist had been blocked by the small sword he was holding. However, his expression still showed calmness and indifference.

"You think you're the only one with high-level artifacts?" Miao Wentang let out a cold smirk as he suddenly took out a small pagoda-shaped artifact and poured out his Chi quickly.

"You brat! You will pay for daring to attack Senior Miao!"

A furious voice was heard as Ji Changtian's father appeared at Ling Tian's side. His hands held a thick and sharp spear while his Chi flowed wildly.

Other cultivation essences were felt nearby as from Ling Tian's other side and from behind appeared Ji Changtian and Ji Zhen's father, holding a sword and something that appeared to be a green flag.

Father Ji's spear aimed at Ling Tian's head, while the green flag quickly grew several meters, so that when the sword arrived, it turned into dozens of glowing swords, attacking Ling Tian in all directions.

Ji Changtian and his younger brother, Ji Zhen's father, had combat experience together apparently.

Before Ling Tian moved, Miao Wentang's Chi fiercely exploded and the mini pagoda in his hands glowed before seemingly expanding and swallowing Ling Tian into another space along with the spear and the dozens of sword that were about to attack him.

"Master!" Li Fengyuan exclaimed in worry as she watched Ling Tian get swallowed by dozens of fierce attacks that could ripple even the space around him.

Shin Wei calmly watched what was happening and Xuanyuan Ling frowned slightly.

"Hahaha! That's all you have? You really are a waste who only relies on special artifacts!"

Maio Wentang laughed mockingly as he removed the Chi from the mini pagoda and the brightness around where Ling Tian was standing diminished until a silhouette could be seen.

Ling Tian stood there with an indifferent expression looking at Miao Wentang. A combined force of cultivation essence and spiritual energy was around him, as if it had him trapped and was aware of his every movement.

"How come he's not injured?"

"Did our attacks disappear too?"

Ji Changtian and the other two were stunned to see Ling Tian unharmed, as if their attacks were unsuccessful!

"Aren't you going to continue attacking?" Ling Tian asked indifferently as he felt the domain he was in, allowing himself to be enveloped by it.

"What's the point? If I already have you trapped in my domain and you won't be able to escape." Miao Wentang sneered and the cultivation essence quickly flowed into his domain, forming a giant hand and trapping Ling Tian easily.

"You see? At any moment I can crush you into pieces of meat. Moreover, my Heavenly Pagoda is a top-tier artifact that can even hold even up to 5 cultivators at the Peak Stage of the Great Ascension!" Maio Wentang was finally relieved within himself at having trapped Ling Tian. "You are very slow and weak..." Ling Tian sighed and shook his head, feeling extremely disappointed. His gaze towards Miao Wentang held disappointment and contempt. He didn't even mention the attacks of the others, as if he only had Miao Wentang in his eyes!

A powerful Chi spread across the sky and froze dozens of men who had moved to attack Ling Tian.

Shin Wei released his Chi fiercely and caught everyone in it. His Domain formed in less than a second and trapped Miao Wentang, Ji Changtian and the other two old men.
