The Way of The Dao

Tang Wanying stayed for a long time with Ling Tian before reluctantly returning.

Ling Tian continued to draw some of the energy from the Sacred Heavenly Scriptures to repair his Dantian and regain some of his cultivation base. His body gradually recovered and the feeling of lethargy lessened over time, increasing his strength and stamina slightly, but he barely and had the strength of an ordinary mortal.

Days passed and Yun Mengxin, Long Yuyin, Tang Wanying, Mu Shuiruo and Zhang Xinya would come to see him every day, spending time with him every moment and taking care of him. Two figures in the sky above the Tang residence were watching the surroundings. No one could see them even if looked up, as if they were invisible to everyone.

The place at the Tang residence quickly became crowded with people, well-dressed and well-groomed people greeting everyone else, as well as other people bringing gifts and valuables.

The red carpet was largely laid out, heralding the happy and lively event. The Tang family's residence and space was closer to the center of the city, so it was not strange that the ceremony was held in such a place. The whole place is also decorated and eye-catching, really enhancing the happiness and beauty of this day.

Tang Wei, Zhang Chao, Yun Dong and Long Cheng were chatting with various people, they mainly being the hosts of this event while greeting and welcoming all the arriving people.

"Is it okay for us not to be there, Master?" Sun Xiang asked as he watched all the people. His Cultivation Essence was wrapped around Ling Tian as the two of them were flying leisurely in the sky.

The wounds on Ling Tian's body had mostly recovered, but not his Dantian and meridians. His complexion was slightly better, as was most of his body.

Ling Tian shook his head with a wry smile and said, "Have you already forgotten the identity I have here? If I show up, I would steal the spotlight from my brother. Anyway, we already sent our gift." His gaze quickly shifted to one of the buildings where Tang Jingtian and Mu Shen were standing, who were extremely nervous, mainly Tang Jingtian, while Mu Shen was trying to calm him down.

Tang Jingtian would get married first, and then it would be Mu Shen's turn according to what the women had told him. Although they told him that they wanted him to be there since they are all family, Ling Tian did not want to stand out and let this day be really special for his brother-in-law.

Tang Zhi and Zhang Ruoyan were inside the main building in another room. Other people were with them as well, presumably the family of the women Tang Jingtian would marry.

The guests arrived quickly and the place was completely full. The Tang family is a great family after all that had happened, as is the family where Ling Tian currently is, so almost everyone in Star City was present.

After a while when the ceremony was about to begin, several shadows flew quietly to where Ling Tian and Sun Xiang were now.

Lan Yin and Qing Sha quickly approached Ling Tian and hugged him for several seconds before moving and taking his hands. Ling Tian smiled warmly at the sight of both girls.

"Why hadn't you let us know that you guys were already here?" Zhang Xinya asked when everyone finally came over and looked at Ling Tian. Yun Mengxin, Long Yuyin, Mu Shuiruo and Tang Wanying also approached.

They had all cast an invisibility spell on themselves. These women also did not want to draw attention in the event, so like Ling Tian, they did not appear and watched everything from the sky.

"We don't have much time we had arrived." Ling Tian laughed lightly.

After a grand speech and words of welcome and wishes, Tang Jingtian soon came out looking very elegant, giving the impression of a true young master wearing fine and magnificent clothes, capturing hearts of several women who were present.

Mu Shen also accompanied Tang Jingtian as they were in the midst of congratulations and more.

Ling Tian laughed when he noticed Tang Jingtian's nervousness. Tang Jingtian quietly raised his head and noticed Ling Tian and the others who had decided let themselves be seen for a few moments. His smile of happiness increased and he nodded in appreciation at the sight of them.

After a while in which Tang Jingtian also said a few words and chatted for a long time with the guests, three beautiful women in wonderful dresses and wearing veils covering their heads and faces appeared and stole the spotlight.

Yu Qing, Za Niu and Leng Zilan!

These three women are the ones who would marry Tang Jingtian!

Tang Jingtian was stunned for a long time as he watched these three women.

Yun Mengxin smiled softly and with her Cultivation Essence, she held Ling Tian and all these women crowded around him, smiling and longing for that awaited day.

Sun Xiang smiled for his Master and quietly withdrew his energy when he had noticed Yun Mengxin's action, letting her help Ling Tian fly. Sun Xiang retreated several meters towards the place where Ying Chen appeared, leaving together Ling Tian and these splendid women.

After a long time, the brides and the groom kowtowed to the Heaven and Earth, then to their parents, and lastly, to each other, finally concluding the ceremony of this wedding.

Congratulations and cheers were heard at once, greatly congratulating the newlyweds and the families of each of them. Fireworks exploded and bells rang joyfully.

A carriage carried by people soon appeared and both Tang Jingtian and Yu Qing, Za Niu and Leng Zilan got on and were taken to a large, decorated mansion set apart from the place, evidently being their new place as newlyweds.

Ling Tian stayed a while longer before returning again. Every day he would slowly repair his Dantian. The women accompanied him and stayed with him.

Night came and the beautiful moon covered the entire sky of the city, bringing an even more calm and peaceful atmosphere, full of happiness and feelings.

The days passed again and the Star City continued in festivities and joys, this time, it was the day Mu Shen would marry Hu Wenxin, Deng Xie and Fu Ling!

Ling Tian as usual attended, but was not seen by the people except for Mu Shen and the others, who were happy when they saw him.
