"What did you do to big sister? Sister Mengxin hasn't left her bedroom all day."

The night began to come again and everyone was in the living room. Zhang Xinya approached him and stared at Ling Tian, wanting to know what had happened to Yun Mengxin. Her personality was as direct and aggressive as ever.

Ling Tian smiled uncomfortably as he saw that all the women started looking at him, as if they would eat him alive at this moment if he said something inappropriate. His back was breaking out in a cold sweat.

"Ahem... I'll go see her now." Ling Tian coughed quickly and ran out to Yun Mengxin's bedroom.

Ling Tian stood in front of the door of Yun Mengxin's bedroom.

Her temperament was calm and refined, pure as immaculate jade, transparent as the most perfect ice, her attractive skin white as snow in its total purity. Her seductive and elegant face could certainly bring down cities and could even cause a total disaster in the Immortal World with her delicate, but perfectly radiant and unique complexion.

Her nobility and purity did not seem to have suffered even a little from being with him in spite of all that had happened.

And she was there, sitting on the bed with her legs crossed, while radiating nobility and coldness, but he could see more in the depths of her eyes and could even vaguely feel the feelings in her heart, emotions that she herself never thought she would feel.

Ling Tian smiled tenderly and walked towards her, climbing onto the bed and sitting in front of her. Their gazes never stopped looking at each other for a second.

Yun Mengxin had not spoken for a second. Neither had Ling Tian.

Ling Tian gently took her hands, interlacing their fingers, with his smile and look as soft and loving as a warm breeze that comforted the heart. Yun Mengxin did not refuse and instead also pressed her hands into him with some force.

The two of them approached each other subconsciously and gently joined their foreheads, longing for the missing part of their hearts.

Yun Mengxin and Ling Tian closed their eyes at the same time after a long time, while only wanting to be in this way quiet between the two of them, wanting to deepen and realize their true and deep feelings, letting themselves be carried away by the tranquility and peace at this moment.

Indefinite time later, it seemed the technique of dual cultivation of the Immortal Secret Art <Yin-Yang of the Heart> began to circulate in their bodies without either of them executing it.

However, this was more than just an execution of the dual-cultivation technique as it had been before, as their Chi did not get excited or make any movement as they always did when performing Dual-Cultivation, with their energies running happily between the two lovers.

An ethereal aura came out of both of them and they slowly blended with each other, as if they were soul energies, combining into one.

It seems that this was no longer really the Dual Cultivation technique but something much deeper.

The feelings of Yun Mengxin and Ling Tian flowed like a gentle but endless river, carrying all their emotions and thoughts between them, circulating between them without stopping for a second and forming an infinite sea full of a unique and special love.

Both felt a warm, special, comforting and even unique pleasure, as their souls combined into one.

They did not need to speak or say anything; their feelings deepened among them, letting themselves be known by the other while their souls ended up complementing each other perfectly.

Rumble

A mystical and strange air formed around them, making the whole bedroom shake slightly.

"What is it?" Long Yuyin asked worriedly and looked in the direction of the bedroom where Yun Mengxin and Ling Tian were.

All the others began to look in that direction as well.

"It seems that Master and big sister are increasing their cultivations!" Lan Yin shouted with a smile as she felt a slight burst of energy. Although she could not use her spiritual sense to enter and observe the situation inside the room because of the isolation barrier, it was clear to her that the two were increasing their cultivation.

The other women easily believed what Lan Yin said. They knew that Lan Yin was the strongest of them all, after Yun Mengxin and Ling Tian, so it was likely that she could have a more likely reason than they did.

They kept looking in the direction of the bedroom where their husband and big sister were. Ling Tian had not taught them the spiritual sense yet.

Inside the room, apart from a swirl of air around the two of them, there now seemed to be faint, blurry images behind each of them without them noticing.

The images of both became their own projections of the soul, with their bodies and their faces.

The souls slowly opened their eyes and looked at each other for a long time. Although they were projections of soul essence, one could see that in both of them they looked at each other with a touch of surprise and strangeness, as well as of disbelief and stupefaction too.

Each one raised a hand while they kept looking at each other. Their curious glances soon began to show expectation and an amazing joy as they saw each other more.

Both hands touched each other in spite of being souls.

Their expressions started smiling, but with a nostalgic feeling and full of longing; both clearly showed a sea of feelings in their gazes when they saw the other.

Love and a deep longing could be clearly seen and felt in them, while they raised their other hand and connected it with the other soul, looking at each other without looking away for a second, fearing that the other could disappear at once.

Ling Tian and Yun Mengxin's soul projections finally smiled completely of happiness after a long time, full of relief and satisfaction, as well as an obvious feeling of deep love.

Slowly, after looking at each other with loving glances and longing for each other, both souls closed their eyes and began to shine and then expanded a little more, changing their shape.

Now they were no longer their own true projections of the soul, but a pure essence of soul, wanting to take another form...
