Lin Chu wanted to tell him to drop her off somewhere in front and she would go home on her own. It was more important for him to bring the kid to dinner.

“If I bring him to dinner after sending you home, he would be starving to death by that time,” Yan Beicheng said.

Lin Chu heard Yan Ningbai calling Yan Beicheng big nephew, but Yan Beicheng put on his emotionless front and seemed to be unfazed by it. However, she could feel that deep down, he actually felt wronged.
