The Long-awaited Mr Han

The house they rented was a house with three rooms.

One of them was for Jiang Huaizhou.

The four had finally reached home. Although this house was rented, as long as it was a place with family, it was home.

Before entering, Jiang Huaizhou was stopped by Mrs. Jiang.

Mrs. Jiang took a wormwood leaf, burned it in a bowl, and asked Jiang Huaizhou to step over it.

"Wormwood leaf gets rid of bad luck, and so does stepping over a burning bowl. With the two together, we can get rid of all the bad luck of the past," said Mrs. Jiang.

Jiang Huaizhou smiled and cooperated.

After that, Mrs. Jiang was finally relieved. "Alright, we'll be good from now on."

"Come in and have a look. This is a house rented by your sister. It has three rooms, and you and Yujie can each have a room. We don't have to be cramped like before," Mr. Jiang said, smiling.

"Yujie, bring your brother around to have a look. After he has looked at the rooms, if your brother is not tired, the two of you can take a walk around the compound to familiarize your brother with the environment," said Mrs. Jiang, smiling. "I will start to prepare dinner."

"I am not tired," Jiang Huaizhou said to Jiang Yujie. "Bring me to my room first, then we'll take a walk around here."

"Okay." Jiang Yujie nodded, smiling. First, she brought Jiang Huaizhou to look at the master bedroom, the kitchen, and the two toilets.

The living room and the dining room could be seen in a glance, so it did not require close examination.

"This is my room," said Jiang Yujie.

Jiang Yujie's bedroom door was closed, so Jiang Huaizhou smiled and asked, "Can I take a look?"

After pausing for a while, Jiang Huaizhou said, "But you're all grown up now, so I can understand if you can't let me see."

"It's nothing." Jiang Yujie felt that there was not anything that could not be seen, so she opened the door. "Actually, my bedroom is really simple."

Because it was last minute, she had not been staying here for very long.

So Jiang Yujie's bedroom was still very simple. The things that she liked were not placed inside yet.

They were going to stay here for a long time, and then it was going to be their home.

However, Jiang Yujie still did not plan to place many of her own things here.

Because she could not use any of it.

Very soon, she would not even need this room.

Jiang Yujie felt suffocated inside and she secretly sighed.

She pretended as though nothing was going on as she smiled and said, "My room has nothing special to see."

As it was too simple, whatever was placed in the room could be seen with a glance.

With a single glance, every corner could be seen.

Jiang Huaizhou did not say anything else, then Jiang Yujie closed her bedroom door.

"Your room is here," said Jiang Yujie, pointing at the door opposite.

Mr. Jiang and Mrs. Jiang had the master bedroom, which was the biggest, so it took up some space and was not really near their room.

Jiang Yujie's and Jiang Huaizhou's rooms were second bedrooms and were smaller, so the two rooms were positioned near each other.

Jiang Huaizhou opened the door. There was all the necessary furniture inside. There was even a computer and a television.

Jiang Huaizhou looked at Jiang Yujie, confused.

Jiang Yujie explained, "Because this house is rented, the furniture was given by the landlord. I think it's a bit of a waste if I bought new furniture. The landlord's furniture can't be thrown anyway. This was rented last minute, we still have to move in the future, and it will be bothersome if we have too many things of our own that we can't bring with us. That's why I didn't renovate.

"However, we're still staying here and we just make do with everything," said Jiang Yujie. "So I decorated these and added a little more stuff."
