Alec and the others greeted as soon as they saw Aethelwolf. They also greeted General Trevor and Holy General Eliazar who came with him. 

Aethelwolf nodded his head. His gaze moved towards Christopher as he said. "Good job! You didn't let me down. For your accomplishments, the Divine-Rated cauldron will be yours from now on." 

Everyone already knew that he was planning to give the cauldron as a reward, but they were still stunned. 

Christopher smiled joyfully when he heard this. "Thank you for the reward, King Aethelwolf! I will treasure it!" 

"No problem." Aethelwolf smiled gently. He then moved his gaze to Alec and the others. "If you guys do well, I will also reward you with a Divine-Rated cauldron. Work hard, young ones." He chuckled lightly. 

Hearing this, the eyes of Alec and the others flashed with excitement. "We will do our best, King Aethelwolf!" They shouted eagerly.

"Let's go back first." Aethelwolf bid farewell to Eliazar and General Trevor before returning to the hotel they rented.

"What did you say?! You want our Paramount Heaven Empire to offer ten Spirit Crystal Mines!? Are you fucking kidding with me?!" Lark Whitmond's expression was dark as he shouted at Einar. 

One Spirit Crystal Mine produces approximately ten million Spirit Crystals annually. Spirit Crystals are used to increase the leveling speed of an Esper and one Spirit Crystal can be sold for ten thousand gold coins!

The Paramount Heaven Empire might be ranked second in the Holy Rankings, but it only has a little more than thirty Spirit Crystal Mines. And now, this damnable old man was asking for a third of what they possessed! He was so detestable! 

Einar remained calm in the face of Lark's rage. The smile on his face deepened as he said. "In exchange, we will give the Paramount Heaven Empire a steady supply of Awakening Pellets. Furthermore, the price of each pill will only be half of its original price. I believe that you also know about this pill. Am I right, Mr. Rank 6th in the Heavenly Might Rankings?"

Lark Whitmond became silent when he heard Einar's words. The Awakening Pellet was very useful for their Paramount Heaven Empire. They could nurture a large number of elite Espers if they had a steady supply of the pill. He felt tempted to take the offer, but he noticed his subordinate shaking his head. 

"The Awakening Pellet is indeed a valuable resource, but this is not enough." Lark shook his head and rejected firmly. He almost took the old man's bait. 

"Oh?" Einar leaned on his chair with a nonchalant look. "What if I tell you that we can sell 10,000 Awakening Pellets every year? You have to remember that this pill is only available in our empire and there is a strict imperial order that non-citizens are not allowed to purchase it. Even if you buy from illegal channels, the prices are at least ten times the original price! I don't think the Paramount Heaven Empire is willing to bleed their pockets for this blatant robbery." 

Hearing this, Lark could no longer sit still. If the Leone Empire was willing to sell 10,000 Awakening Pellets, that means the Paramount Heaven Empire could nurture 10,000 Espers annually!

Lark gritted his teeth and said. "Increase that to 20,000 Awakening Pellets and I will consider." 

The soldiers of the Paramount Heaven Empire didn't stop their boss. They really need this valuable pill. 

Einar shook his head. "That won't do. How about this? Our Leone Empire will take twelve Spirit Crystal Mines and we will sell 20,000 Awakening Pellets to the Paramount Heaven Empire. If you agree, then we have a deal." He muttered calmly. 

"Fine, but you must not reject us if we buy Spirit Crystals from you guys." Lark finally conceded.

Einar nodded his head as he replied. "As long as you're not asking for too much, I will personally approve your purchase." 

"Alright. Deal!" Lark slumped on his chair as he looked at the old man in front of him. He somehow felt that he was on the losing end in that deal. 

"Great! Let's sign the papers and finalize this alliance!" Einar was screaming with excitement in his heart. The Leone Empire only had six Spirit Crystal Mines and four of them were owned by their Barden Territory. With the addition of twelve mines, the level of their Espers will grow exponentially! As for the 20,000 Awakening Pellets that would be sold annually to the Paramount Heaven Empire, he wasn't worried at all. The Barden Territory could produce a hundred thousand Awakening Pellets every month! They were also nurturing a huge number of soldiers in secret! 20,000 Awakening Pellets is just a negligible number for the territory.

Einar believed that Aethelwolf would be ecstatic once he hears this news.

After that, the two groups discussed about other terms and conditions. It was only after a few hours did their discussion ended.

The two sides signed the documents and the representatives of both parties, Lark and Einar, imprinted their fingerprints to seal the alliance!
