Chapter 2144: Whoever Started the Trouble Should End It

Ye Qianqian and Shen Luo'an were shocked when they heard this.

They are selfish as they long to be loved and cared for. Adult Manting and Young Manting are very different in this sense. You can't adopt Sister Manting's way of thinking and use that as a measure to treat Young Manting."

As Shen Zhilie continued to speak, he looked at Shen Luo'an to see how he would react.

Shen Luo'an laughed bitterly and said, "But, she's also Manting. They're both Manting."

"They're different," said Shen Zhilie. "In cases of multiple personality disorder, each identity will have its own set of memories, personality and way of thinking. Between the main personality and the alternate personalities, one of them will be more in control."

Shen Luo'an felt slightly uneasy when he heard this.

Ye Qianqian seemed to have come up with a theory, for she exclaimed, "So you mean that Young Manting is currently in control?"

Shen Luo'an heart suddenly sank.

Shen Zhilie was silent for a moment before he nodded his head and said, "Young Manting might not necessarily be in control yet. But, judging from the current situation, it's only a matter of time before she becomes the dominant personality."

"Brother, Adult Manting and Young Manting are both Manting. Nonetheless, Adult Manting is the real Manting," said Shen Zhilie.

"You're here," Shen Manting acknowledged coldly. She then got up and rubbed her child's head before telling him, "You can play alone. Mommy has to discuss something with Daddy."

Shen Luo'an felt slightly less tense as he followed her back into the room.

"Are you unwell?" Shen Luo'an asked as he stepped forward to grab hold of her hand. "You should put on more layers of clothing so that you won't freeze from the cold," he said.
