A woman wearing a dress covered in blue walks in a garden made up of beautiful flowers that can be found in the whole empire. The man complimented Belia, the eldest daughter of King Hidd, the king of the Blue Bird Empire.

The man is able to compliment Belia because of her position as Iron Hand of the King. His level of authority is only second to the King himself. His name is Velkir, a real deep-fire level starsign user.

He was a man at the age of 40, with a strong black beard and long black hair down to his shoulders, wearing simple black garments with blue lines. His eyes are powerful and he has an aura of otherwordly beng.

Belia smiles at Velkir and bows down a little as she answers.

<strong>"Thank you, Lord Velkir. I did not expect to see you in the garden."</strong>

Velkir smiles as he asks.

Belia looks at the flowers and then answers.

Velkir laughs a little and nods, seemingly confirming the words of Belia. Then his eyes get serious and he puts his hands behind his back as he walks with Belia and speaks.

I am here to look into and investigate the events of the Phasma Forest Massacre that happened two days earlier. The mission is hidden and I wanted to speak with you if you have any kind of thoughts or have looked at the events.

Belia stops for a second and then takes a cold breath as she speaks.
