Speed Is King

327 Primal Eternal Frost

Elliot looked at Brock's completely smitten expression and couldn't help but feel a little sympathy for him and his destined-to-be-crushed heart.

"You need to learn to care for the well being of your own species." The utterly majestic looking bear Primal gave Brock one last parting message before blinking away.

Brock whirled around and looked at Elliot with shining eyes.

"Uhhhhhh." Elliot already knew what he wanted to say.

"Little Master!" Brock shouted with adoration dripping from his words.

"Not possible." Elliot shook his head firmly.

"Listen to me, my handsomest, most glorious, most capable little master!" Brock cried out in worship.

"Still not gonna happen." Elliot said resolutely.

"I need to get to Primal level!" Brock announced.

"Definitely not doable." Elliot shook his head firmly again.

"I will do whatever it takes!!" Brock declared.

"Not poss- wait. You will do… whatever it takes? Like really whatever?" Elliot asked with a twinkle in his eyes as an insane but incredibly intriguing idea formed in his head.

"Absolutely. Anything and everything!!" Brock shouted passionately.

"Good. For starters, win this entire pre-tournament for me." Elliot said.

"It is done! I will make sure of it!!" Brock turned around at the rest of the rings and glared at the participants who were still going at each other with full strength.

"Hurry up, you fools! Stop wasting time and come to your grandpa! I don't have all day!" He roared at them loudly!

Bam!

His roar distracted one of the Kings who was fighting in the ring next to him so much that he slipped up a little in his defence, and took a direct hit to his body! He flew out of the ring, and he lost that fight.

"Uwaaa!" The King squealed in anger as he stood up and glared at Brock.

Brock looked at him and was about to laugh and hoot at him when he stopped.

"What? You… HEY WINTER! I THINK YOUR RELATIVE JUST LOST A FIGHT!" Brock roared excitedly in Elliot's public mindspace.

Elliot turned his head to look at the King which just flew out of the ring, and his jaw dropped again.

Incredibly, Brock was right!

The little wolf really looked like Winter!

"Hey Winter, you should come out and take a look." Elliot chuckled.

Immediately, Winter came out in a swirl of space energy.

She took one quick look at the wolf before confirming for a fact that the wolf really had the same genes as her! In fact, it is probably a more original bloodline compared to hers!

"Hmmm? A descendant of the Eternal Frost Wolves?" A powerful sounding voice rumbled from one of the Primals.

Elliot turned to look at the owner of the voice, but realized that somehow, he couldn't see through the fog that seemed to surround him.

"Primal Eternal Frost is a powerful Ice Elemetal Primal." Primal Alexander's voice sounded in his mind. "His Eternal Frost Domain prevents those weaker than him to even see how he looks like. Don't be surprised if you can't see through his fog."

"Hmmm? You can mindspeak too?" Elliot thought in reply.

"I can't read your mind." Primal Alexander chuckled. "If you want to reply me, you need to do so manually."

"Oh, just one way communication? That's not a very complete skill." Elliot remarked with a smile.

"What do you know? Being able to project my thoughts into yours is already an excellent achievement for a non-psychic being like me. Can YOU do it?" Primal Alexander said with rather unexpected smugness.

"Excuses." Elliot grinned at him. "Anyway, can you see him?"

"Of course. I can see everyone through their domains without exception." Primal Alexander said.

"I see." Elliot stopped trying to sse through the strange fog.

However, just as he stopped doing that, the fog dispelled on its own, and a majestic looking larger and stronger version of Winter appeared in his sights.

"Little one, you've done an excellent job empowering one of my descendants" Primal Eternal Frost's voice sounded.

"Thank you, Primal Eternal Frost." Elliot simply nodded politely.

"She isn't a pure blood though, and most of her Frost powers remain locked behind its bloodline. Primal Eternal Frost said with a smile.

Elliot merely looked at him calmly.

Primal Eternal Snow calmly reached out to his own neck, and slit open his jugular vein!

Spurt.

A blob of blood appeared and floated near him before his wound disappeared as though it never existed.

He pointed at Winter and the blob of blood floated towards her.

"A gift. No strings attached beyond that of bloodline influence, something which is already in place even now, and… which is very much effectively blocked by your mysterious contracy." He smiled.

Elliot looked at him in pleasant surprise.

"Master?" Winter asked in his mind.

"Go ahead. It is his concentrated blood without anything fishy." Primal Alexander encouraged Elliot, who in turn immediately gave the green light to Winter.

"Go ahead, Winter." Elliot said calmly.

Winter opened her mouth eagerly to swallow it. But instead of going into her mouth, the blob of blood instead made its way directly to Winter's chest and smashed into it!

Winter yelped in surprise and in pain!

But after a second or two, she plopped down onto the ground with her eyes closed.

"Ahh…" Winter moaned lightly in Elliot's public mindspace.

It was a positive bloodline evolution! The unlocking of her ancient genes caused her entire body to go into absolute bliss!

Winter's fur started to glisten with a radiant light, and the beginnings of a powerful frost domain began to form around her

Her muscles rippled lightly and began to contract then expand.

Whoosh!

A bluish fire suddenly ignited all around her body!

"Frost Fire??" Elliot looked at the phenomena around Winter and couldn't help but be stunned by it.

Before he could even finish his feeling of shock, the bluish fire suddenly changed colour into violet, then black, then back to indigo, then to blue again, but in a completely different hue than before!

"What??"

However it wasn't Elliot who shouted.

It was Primal Eternal Frost.
