In the infinite nothingness, a slowly forming world drifting in the void shined with light.

At the center of the world there was a palatial temple. A figure let out a breath, “I knew that with this boy Qin Yu’s fate, he wouldn’t be eliminated so easily…a favorable turn has finally appeared!

But in fact, he had already completed preparations for the worst possible outcome. Once Qin Yu was killed, he would sever all connections to him.

With this basically completed world, he had a certain foundation. While he might be weakened for a long period of time, he wouldn’t fall into a deep sleep.

Of course, this was only the worst possible outcome. If there was any chance at all, he hoped that Qin Yu would survive.

This was not because of his close relationship with Qin Yu. The objective factor was the most important one – from Qin Yu, he could already see a path to step onto the highest pinnacle!

While he was weak his achievements were commendable. At the very least, even of all the countless so-called amazing talented geniuses were considered, if their backgrounds were to be disregarded, few of them would be able to be compared to Qin Yu.

He took a deep breath and the phantom of a great sun suddenly arrived!

In the skies of this world, the sun that illuminated everything seemed to resonate with it. The light it released grew brighter and more abundant.

Since a favorable turn had appeared, he wouldn’t allow any mistake to occur…and if he could succeed, this hopeless situation would transform into another harvest for Qin Yu.

Even if the little blue lamp didn’t know what this harvest would mean for Qin Yu.

The black and white fire dragons fiercely fought, trying to swallow the other party. But, the premise of this was that only one of them could become the final victor.

No matter which one of them it was, neither of them could accept something as stupid as a third party fishing for benefits from the side.

So when the two fire dragons fought, they first chose to destroy Qin Yu’s consciousness.

And the destruction of his consciousness meant the withering and shattering of his soul. All that would be left over was a body that would become a medium to carry them.

The shaking black and white flames were like dreadful tsunamis, wildly sweeping through every inch of Qin Yu’s body.

This level of power was enough to destroy Qin Yu’s consciousness with just a touch, not to mention this current situation where it surged in endless waves.

So when Qin Yu’s soul aura vanished from their senses, the white and black fire dragons never imagined he had survived.

This was Qin Yu’s only lifeline, and also the reason why the little blue lamp said that a turning point had arrived. It was because he had the sun and moon force field and could detach himself from the world. And in his soul space, there was something common-looking hidden there that actually had a considerable background.

Cosmic Seacross Bell!

From the moment that Purple Moon and Blue Sun reunited and transformed into the sun and moon force field, it’s main body, the little girl who called herself Meimei, had fallen into a deep slumber.

Of course, calling this a deep slumber wasn’t completely correct. In this process she was constantly growing stronger.

Perhaps it was better to call it recovery.

In short, while there weren’t many changes to the Cosmic Seacross Bell’s appearance, their energy was completely different.

The sun and moon force field had contracted, shrinking itself and clinging onto the Cosmic Seacross Bell, increasing its defense to the strongest state possible. Qin Yu’s soul was hidden there.

If it was just this, then the sun and moon force field would still be discovered. Because whether it was the Abyssal King that was suppressed by the city or the person who had constructed the Path of 10,000 Souls in the past and fused their soul into their creation, they both had once been some of the most powerful and terrifying existences in the world.

But Qin Yu had more cards in his hands than this.

The jade embryo egg’s aura was the final key that allowed him to hide!

It wrapped around the Cosmic Seacross Bell. It was like nothingness, forming an absolutely concealment. Unless one of the black or white fire dragons finally managed to occupy Qin Yu’s body, they wouldn’t be able to discover that his soul still survived.

Maybe a favorable turn existed in all dangers that existed in the world. But whether or not one could grasp onto them, that depended on one’s own abilities.

Of course, the first thing Qin Yu should thank was the black and white dragons that were not willing to fade away to the other and chose to fight.

If they had followed their promise and directly fused together, Qin Yu would have nowhere to hide and thus there would be nothing for him but destruction. Even if he had numerous cards and even the little blue lamp, he wouldn’t have been able to change his ending!

As the black and white fire dragons fought, Qin Yu’s soul fled into the Cosmic Seacross Bell. He was waiting, waiting for a chance to fight back.

The reason he had to wait for a chance was because even if the black and white fire dragons were wounded, their remaining might was still enough to easily erase him from existence.

So this was why he only had one chance…there wasn’t much to say about success. If he didn’t succeed, that would be the moment his soul dispersed.

Hiding in the Cosmic Seacross Bell, Qin Yu could feel urgency as if he was standing on the turning point of fate. Even the slightest mistake and he would fall beyond redemption.

But he never expected that he wouldn’t be able to wait for the best time to join this brutal life-seizing battle.

That’s right, it was a life-seizing battle.

The black and white fire dragons fought because they hoped they could preserve their will and become the ruler of their new body. As for Qin Yu, their competition allowed him to survive.

Within his chest, three hearts crazily beat. One of them was pitch black and shined with a metallic light. One was crimson and beat with a tyrannical strength; this was the heart of the Ancient race. The last one was Qin Yu’s heart, condensed from his own bloodline.

The change occurred with Qin Yu’s own heart. His body had been extracted and stripped and only a trace of his bloodline remained. As the black and white fire dragons fought, his heart suddenly exploded with strength.

Thump –

Thump –

The heart quickened and the power of its bloodline hidden deep within his marrow was activated. Tiny golden runes appeared, instantly covering the heart. As it did, the golden runes rapidly extended up his blood vessels.

Its goal was to recapture control of the body. This wasn’t Qin Yu’s own intention, but a formidable bloodline instinct to guard its own status.

A flash of surprise appeared in the eyes of the battling white and black fire dragons.

They could sense the power of this bloodline. It wasn’t too formidable, but what was unexpected was that it gave off a threatening feeling.

But this didn’t truly shock the black and white fire dragons. Rather, it made a burning heat appear in their eyes.

Their essence was one and neither side was confident they could defeat and swallow the other to become the sole existence.

So though the battle seemed intense, the final result would depend on their luck.

But luck was the most uncontrollable thing. No one wanted to entrust their life and death to something so illusory.

As long as there was a way to increase their chance of success, the white and black fire dragons wouldn’t let it go.

Now, a boost had appeared. It would all depend on who could seize it first.

Bang –

The black dragon fiercely flung its tail, sending the white dragon flying away. It did this even if its massive body had been severely wounded as the price.

Not continuing the battle, the black dragon turned and drilled into Qin Yu’s body.

The white dragon roared and followed close behind, entering the flesh and blood.

The black fire dragon drilled into the black and metallic heart condensed from the power of the abyss. This third heart could be called the heart of the abyss.

A moment later, a wild abyssal energy erupted. The heart of the abyss crazily beat and countless runes condensed from abyssal energy shot out.

These runes were like abyssal beings shrank countless times over. They chased down and swallowed the golden runes formed from Qin Yu’s bloodline.

With each one that was swallowed, the heart of the abyss gained that much more control over the body.

While the rate of improvement was so weak that it could be ignored, in such a situation, any advantage could possibly become the key to the final victory.

The heart of the abyss had taken action and the other one certainly wouldn’t sit and wait for death. The white fire dragon burst into the heart of the Ancient races and countless white runes flew out.

In contrast to the black abyssal runes, the white runes didn’t choose to swallow. Rather, when they touched the runes formed from Qin Yu’s bloodline, they directly fused together instead.

But whether it was swallowing or fusing, it was the same result to Qin Yu. The black and white fire dragons were capturing his bloodline to increase their chances of success.

A sense of fear rose within his soul. Without any reason, Qin Yu knew that he couldn’t watch on as his bloodline was completely plundered.

Otherwise, the backlash from a severed bloodline was enough to cause his soul to fall into a state of absolute weakness.

At that time, even if he managed to wait for the perfect timing, he would have lost the strength to struggle.

He had to make his move now!

Qin Yu drew a deep breath. Before he could say anything, the space within the Cosmic Seacross Bell collapsed inwards and the phantom of a great sun appeared.

The little blue lamp’s thought fluctuations resounded in his mind, “Qin Yu, you should have been able to wait for a better time, but nothing in this world is guaranteed to perfectly follow your will.”

“What should I do?”

As expected, the little blue lamp wouldn’t do nothing and just let him die. Although this fellow had been hiding for certain reasons, it wouldn’t toss him away in a critical situation.

“I will take action. The strength hidden in your body will thoroughly erupt. You don’t need to guide this power, because when faced with the abyss, it will instinctually resist. But remember, whether or not you survive in the end, that all depends on you.”

The little blue lamp was silent for a moment. Then it said, “Do your best and do not die. If you truly cannot escape this tribulation, I promise you that I will take revenge for you in the future.”

Qin Yu said without expression, “I won’t die.”

He had too many wishes, too much unwillingness. How could he allow himself to die here?

Who cared if it was an Abyssal King, or even the almighty being who constructed the Path of 10,000 Souls in the past?

I don’t want to die, so you cannot kill me!

This was not arrogant overconfidence, but a type of firm belief. If he didn’t even have such faith in himself, how could he have survived the numerous hopeless situations he encountered before?

Thump –

Thump –

Thump –

Within his chest, three hearts wildly beat. The black fire dragon had fused into the heart of the abyss, covering it with black flames. This was the burning of abyssal energy. It released black runes that swallowed up his bloodline.

The white fire dragon that dove into the heart of the Ancient caused it to release white runes. The golden runes of his bloodline transformed into pure white when they touched.

Qin Yu’s own heart still beat quickly but it gradually lost strength and started to become sluggish.

Because the power of his bloodline was bordering on depletion!

Ding ring ring-

The sound of a bell rang out, crisp and heavy. When he heard it, it was like several large stones were stuffed into his chest, stopping him up and making every breath extraordinarily difficult to take.

A soul didn’t need to breathe, but this ringing just happened to aim at the soul. This was because it came from the Cosmic Seacross Bell. It was a soul treasure that came from a mysterious place and had a far greater background than Qin Yu knew of.

If the wills of the black and white fire dragons existed in their own bodies, even the power of the Cosmic Seacross Bell wouldn’t be able to easily shake them.

But now they had abandoned their remnant bodies to enter Qin Yu’s body, and all that was left was their purest soul force. This allowed the Cosmic Seacross Bell to display its greatest strength.

As the ringing continued, the heart of the abyss and the heart of the Ancient both stopped beating for a short time. Then, what came back were the pained and angry roars of the black and white fire dragons.

With their strength, the moment the Cosmic Seacross Bell made a move, they already sensed Qin Yu’s soul aura.

He was just a weak and lowly human cultivator. In their eyes, his soul was a candlelight that could be extinguished with just a thought. Yet he had managed to hide away this entire time and even given them such a wound.

Although it wasn’t serious, the black and white fire dragons felt that their dignity was provoked. And what was more important was that they could feel a threat coming from Qin Yu’s soul aura.

It had to be acknowledged that these old things which had survived for countless years had a formidable and sharp intuition, and firmly believed their own judgments.

Because through the countless years, they had confirmed the accuracy of their intuition numerous times.

So when they sensed Qin Yu’s soul aura, the black and white fire dragons came to the same decision at almost the same time – they would temporarily stop fighting and erase this boy’s soul first!
