The thoughts of the future were tossed to the back of Dyon's mind.

He felt his blood boiling to a new height. This excitement, he hadn't felt it in a long time.

Sure, he might have had many close battles during his 109th lifetime. However, he still felt that that person wasn't truly him. At most, it could be considered to be a small part of him. This was the first time in a long time that the mighty Nameless Immortal God could battle to his heart's content.

"Come!"

Dyon dashed forward, appearing before the massive golden body of the Dragon Ancestor and throwing out a sky quaking punch.

His fist landed right between the golden dragon's eyes, causing the luster of his golden scales to quiver and grow faint for a moment as he was sent flying.

Though the Dragon Ancestor was shaken by this punch, he was inwardly sneering. How could it be so easy to land a hit on him? He felt that Dyon's current strength was still far beneath his own, Nameless Immortal God or not. He had allowed himself to be hit so that he could fly out of the range of this damned grey land. He felt that the mighty Nameless Immortal God must have grown muddle headed after his reincarnation.

"Idiot."

These words drifted into his ears and caused his large reptilian pupils to constrict.

Just when Atkin thought he would be free, he registered Dyon's words and suddenly hit something so hard that his inner organs jarred. Completely out of his control, he spat out a mouthful of blood that could have drowned even an Immortal Law expert.

The blood fell to the grey land, sinking in and disappearing. In the end, it was as though no blood had fallen at all.

Dyon shook his head. "You must think I'm a 3 year old child. I disappear for a few years and suddenly people think it's possible to pull the wool over my eyes."

In a flash, Dyon appeared over the Dragon Ancestor's body, the heel of his foot leaving the trail of a blade in the air as it descended in the exact place his fist just had.

BANG!

The sight of a creature of over ten kilometers in length being beaten down by a being that was no different from a fly to it was simply inconceivable. It was impossible to grasp just how much prestige the Dragon Ancestor had. Yet, it was being treated no differently from a rag doll.

At that moment, Ysabell and Godefray finally reacted, wanting to go over and help. But, they suddenly found that the ground beneath them had split, revealing tens of skeletons. Each of their bones was as black as the night, emitting a dark fog that made one feel fear from the bottom of their hearts.

'Immortal God corpse puppets!'

The pupils of the two Ancestors constricted.

To them, Immortal Gods beneath the Peak Immortal God realm were just ants. In fact, even Peak Immortal Gods without a certain level of accumulation could be killed by a flick of their finger. However, when they saw these corpse puppets, waves billowed in their hearts.

The first reason being that their strength was greatly suppressed on this Origin Source of Dyon's. In fact, they couldn't even communicate with their own Origin Sources even though they wanted to.

And, the second reason was because though these corpse puppets seemed scattered about randomly, there was a hidden mystery behind each of their actions. With their insight as Ancestors, it was incredibly easy to see that this hidden profundity was the result of an attack formation.

When they thought to this point, a cold sweat matted their backs. Who didn't know the attainments of the Nameless Immortal God in formations? If they dared to act rashly, wouldn't they be finished?

The two could only send a helpless glance toward each other and send a pitying gaze toward the Dragon Ancestor. They didn't know what he had done to piss Dyon off, but it was very obvious at this point that he was being targeted. However, they wouldn't have to remain in the dark for long…

Dyon's fists and kicks rained down like a barrage, each perfectly landing in the very same spot. There wasn't even a single millimeter of deviation. Each strike was perfect.

The Dragon Ancestor scale bent, warped and cracked, his roars of pain shaking the skies.

"Do tell me, little lizard. Have you heard of a man who called himself the Dragon King?"

Dyon's battle intent wavered and flickered toward killing intent.

Since he awakened his memories, he hadn't thought of the Dragon King again. Much of the emotions of his 109th life had been drowned out. It could only be expected. After all, how could a few hundred years worth of memories match up trillions?

If he had still had that belly full of hatred after awakening his memories, instead of remaining idle and diligently planning out some things, he might have actually attacked the Dragon Hegemon directly. Though that would have made things more difficult on him, since when had Dyon had such scruples?

However, he hadn't. There was a simple reason for this. The feelings he had for the Dragon King weren't as potent anymore. It was a cruel truth, but it was the truth nonetheless. At least… That's what Dyon had thought.

But, the moment his eyes landed on the Dragon Ancestor once again, a flame of rage inexplicably lit in his heart. Even when he tried to ignore it just so he could enjoy this fight, his body still attacked the Dragon Ancestor first. It might have been a pure coincidence, but at this point, Dyon knew he could ignore it any longer.

'Alright.' He thought in his heart. 'Since I've taken you as a friend, then you're the friend of I, Dyon Sacharro. In that case, watch carefully as I get revenge for you.'

Before the Dragon Ancestor could be shocked by Dyon's question, Dyon had attacked again, smashing him heavily into the ground again.

At this point, the Dragon Ancestor was aggrieved beyond belief. He could feel that Dyon's strength was weaker than his. But, the battle experience of the Nameless Immortal God wasn't something he could compare to. The moment he allowed himself to lose the initiative in battle, thinking himself to be clever, his fate was practically sealed.

The one thing Dyon had always lacked in his 109th life was battle experience. He had complained about it many times to himself. But, there was nothing he could do about it. After all, his talent was too high, and as such, he was usually much younger than those he was battling. He simply used his overwhelming soul talent to make up for it, using the fact his opponent's movements were slow to his mind to calculate how to react appropriately.

But, the current Dyon didn't need such things. He was an old monster who had experienced trillions of years of life, in addition to 109 lifetimes. He no longer needed to think and calculate before he acted. This left his opponents completely without the ability to react.

Still, despite his state of mind, when the Dragon Ancestor heard Dyon's words, his pupils couldn't help but constrict. The Dragon King? How did this man know about that ungrateful bastard who stole the efforts of their ancestors?

That arrogant bastard actually dared to continue calling him Dragon King even after coming to the Immortal Plane. As far as the Dragon Ancestor was concerned, he got what was coming to him. Even the Dragon Emperor and Dragon God of the mortal plane obediently relinquished their titles and became humble upon coming here. Who did that Dragon King think he was?

This slight flicker in the Dragon Ancestor's expression was all Dyon had needed to see. He didn't need the Dragon Ancestor to say anything.

"Then, in tribute, you can follow him in death." Dyon said indifferently.

Hearing this, the Dragon Ancestor was shocked before he was suddenly enraged.

Kill him? For the sake of a nobody? Even if the Nameless Immortal God had no reason and wanted to kill him anyway, he wouldn't feel such fury.

"Do you really think I'm an existence you can kill as you please?! You seem to forget that you're still a mortal?!"

The Dragon Ancestor's roar tore through the skies and his body began to rapidly shrink, causing Dyon's next strike to miss. But, judging by the indifferent expression on Dyon's face, it seemed he had expected as much already.

In the blink of an eye, a humanoid creature standing at three meters tall appeared, its golden eyes reddening with fury.

The Dragon Ancestor's golden plated half human, half beast form was no less dazzling than Dyon's own armor.

"Today, I'll kill a legend and swallow his corpse."

A furious gaze looked down upon Dyon, towering from above.

The Dragon Ancestor went by many names. One was Atkin Aurum. The other was, of course, Dragon Ancestor. And, the last, bestowed by the Divine Stele, was the Swallowing Skies Immortal God.

"… You like to devour things?" A savage grin coated Dyon's handsome features. "What a coincidence. So do I."
