"I now start to doubt his status as an 8th Circle Mage. But then again, the Zeus Kingdom is weak so what could I expect from the 8th Circle Mage of a weak kingdom."

Allen disdained Joshua's action as he found it idiotic.

Perhaps Allen was the only one who not only disdained the actions of an 8th Circle Mage but also belittled a powerful kingdom like the Zeus Kingdom. In terms of power, an 8th Circle Mage was the peak while the Zeus Kingdom was the second strongest human kingdom, only second after the Gaia Kingdom.

Yet, Allen could easily call an 8th Circle Mage an idiot while labeling the Zeus Kingdom as a weak kingdom. Aside from him, only his chat group members as well as the heretic gods in this world had the privilege of ridiculing the existence of the 8th Circle Mage and the Zeus Kingdom.

"Although Joshua's actions might look smart since he created ice to counter fire magic. But that was at the premise of him having equal or stronger magic power than my meteor shower. Otherwise, his actions are stupid as not only would his actions be rendered useless, it would also only weaken my meteor showers which would result in not only his but also the deaths of the Zeus Kingdom's army."

"If the power of my meteor shower is 1000 while Joshua's ice constructs are at 600, then Joshua's actions are like subtracting his magic power from my magic power in order to counter it. If Joshua wants to counter my meteor shower, the result of the subtraction must be equal to or more than 0."

"Otherwise, Joshua could only reduce the power of my meteor shower to 400. And that 400 magic power of my meteor shower is enough to kill most of the army of the Zeus Kingdom and even kill Joshua if he didn't put up any defenses."

Allen shook his head in disdain as he observed Joshua's struggles.

From his observation, the ice constructs that Joshua had created had collided with the meteor showers. As for the result? Only a few meteor showers were destroyed while hundreds of meteor showers still remained to attack Joshua and the Zeus Kingdom's army.

It was not that Joshua was weak. It was because Allen Walker was just too powerful!

If Allen was not the opponent of Joshua, Joshua wouldn't be struggling and he could still put up a fight against other 8th Circle Mages.

But there weren't 'Ifs' in this world. It was Joshua's misfortune that he had gone up against the Supreme Mage.

And as someone decisive and ruthless towards his enemies, Allen didn't have any plans in showing mercy to Joshua.

Allen even used his AMCG Smartphone to video the struggles of Joshua and the Zeus Kingdom's army.

The hundreds of meteor showers that landed on the ground had collided with the army of the Zeus Kingdom, causing an explosion that led to their death.

As for Joshua, he could care less about the deaths of those peasants and he focused on creating a magic barrier that was a 7th Circle Magic spell.

With his current skills, Joshua might be able to cast 8th Circle Magic spells but that was when he had time to prepare for it. The only magic spells that he could cast instantly were magic spells at 7th Circle and below.

And to defend himself from a meteor, a 7th Circle magic barrier was sufficient. Of course, that was assuming it was only one meteor and not the remaining meteor shower.

When a single meteor landed on the magic barrier that Joshua had created, the meteor's collision with the magic barrier caused an explosion but Joshua was able to defend themself from it. Albeit, a single meteor had caused small cracks to appear on Joshua's magic barrier.

Before Joshua could rejoice, he saw several meteors heading toward him that caused him to have a contorted expression on his face.

"This motherfucker!"

Joshua cursed and swore as he aggrievedly glared at the incoming meteors that were heading toward him.

Even if he was called an idiot by Allen, Joshua was still intelligent enough to know that the meteor showers' trajectory was controlled by the caster. So he was well aware that he was targeted by the caster.

That discovery alone caused him to curse the caster of the meteor showers.

"Is it the Supreme Mage from the Gaia Kingdom?!"

"Those dastards from the Gaia Kingdom took the initiative to attack? Was that old coward king replaced by his heir?"

Joshua complained as he poured all of the mana in his mana pool toward his magic barrier to strengthen the defense of his magic barrier.

With a series of loud explosions and banging sounds caused by the collision of several meteors colliding with the magic barrier, Joshua noticed that large cracks appeared on his magic barrier.

"Fuck!!!"

Joshua yelled in anger and helplessness as even if he wanted to repair the large cracks on his magic barrier, he didn't have enough mana since his mana pool was already depleted of its mana.

He had already fortified his magic barrier, yet it wasn't enough to defend himself from the onslaught of the meteor shower.

When another meteor collided with Joshua's badly damaged magic barrier, a sound of glass shattering was heard as the magic barrier that protected Joshua was destroyed by the meteor.

When the magic barrier was destroyed, it collided with Joshua's body, causing Joshua to go along with the trajectory of the meteor.

The meteor landed on the ground and Joshua also landed on the ground but with mashed flesh on his body. The only intact part was his head but even his head had some serious burns due to the heat of the meteor.

As for the body below his neck, it was mashed and scorched by the meteor, leaving a bloody mess on the grassy plain.

Joshua's life was extinguished as he no longer had the will nor mana to survive from his serious injuries.

After noticing the death of Joshua, Allen teleported above Joshua's corpse and used his wind magic to cut off the heads of the Zeus Kingdom's army who had deserted, leaving none alive.

"What an idiot. He could have used teleportation magic to escape, but he didn't do that due to his pitiful pride and baseless arrogance."
