What Mu Siyin said to Shi Beiyu did not sit right with him. There was a small spark of fury in his eyes as he looked at her.

Noticing that something about his gaze was off, Mu Siyin let go of him hastily. She got up and told him, "Since I've already broken off my engagement with him, can I go back now?"

She still owed her cousin an explanation.

Shi Beiyu felt annoyed that Mu Siyin wanted to leave so quickly. "What do you have to do?"

Mu Siyin blinked and grinned. "I've just graduated. There are so many things that I need to do when I go back!"

Shi Beiyu stared at her for two seconds but failed to detect her lie. So, he gave up and nodded. "Fine, I'll get someone to send you back."

Mu Siyin immediately waved her hands. "No need, I can go back on my own…"

She then walked towards Shi Beiyu, cupped her hands around his handsome face, and kissed him. After that, she swiveled around and left.

Sat on the sofa, Shi Beiyu lifted a hand slowly and touched the part of his face where Mu Siyin had kissed. He chuckled to himself. "What a flirt…"

It did not take long before Yan Ze entered the room cautiously. When he saw his young master sitting on the sofa and grinning to himself like a lunatic, his jaw nearly dropped in shock!

Good heavens!

He was obviously lovestruck!

As if realizing that Yan Ze was present, Shi Beiyu kept his grin and asked without turning his head. "Has she left?"

Yan Ze nodded. "Mm, she hailed a cab."

Shi Beiyu nodded without saying anything else.

Yan Ze could not help himself from inquiring, "Young Master, Miss Mu is looking for ways to save Mu Corporation. Aren't you going to stop her?"

Shi Beiyu lowered his gaze and adjusted his shirt. He said wanly, "If she wants to save them, let her be."

Yan Ze felt troubled. "But the madam is hell-bent on crushing Mu Corporation. If you don't step in, nobody else can save them."
