Huo Mian cleaned his face and finally saw the familiar look of the fearless prince of the Su Family.

Then she took off his shirt carefully.

The wounds around his collar bones were a horrible sight. They had festered with blackened blood crust, giving off a foul smell.

Huo Mian thought Su Yu might not have survived the night if she came one day later.

The woman sitting in the golden chair smiled as she played with the pair of crystal balls in her hands.

"Madam, Miss Mian is… a kind-hearted child," the maid said mildly.

"Kind-hearted? Messiah, tell me how much kindness is worth nowadays." The woman smiled charmingly.
