"Grandma said we can't let you carry us." Little Bean was afraid to hurt her mommy and her unborn younger brother.

"It's okay. I'm not carrying you… Little Bean, you're still young and have lots of opportunities to eat good food. But you can't get overweight. Mommy is a doctor and you must listen to me. Huo Mian touched her head lovingly and put her down gently.

She glanced at Pudding. "Come to Mommy."

Pudding put down her tablet and came over obediently.

From last night to today, Huo Mian had acted a bit weirdly.

She was trying her best to disguise it, but Qin Chu had been with her for years and knew her well enough to see her strange behavior.

But since Huo Mian didn't tell him, he wouldn't ask because he knew Huo Mian wasn't trying to hide it from him; she must have found it difficult to tell him about it.

For now, the only thing that could get Huo Mian so worried was Su Yu's disappearance.

Qin Chu wondered if Huo Siqian kidnapped Su Yu and used Su Yu to blackmail her.

Mr. Qin almost ate nothing; he was busy peeling prawns for his wife and daughters.
