Minions were left to defend the city, as I made my way through the dark and dreary tunnel. The sound of their voices echoed through the narrow space, becoming increasingly chaotic with each passing moment. This was a new feeling for me, a sense of fear that I had never experienced before. My heart raced, pounding against my chest as I longed to escape the confining space of the tunnel. Magic minions lit the way, their fire casting an eerie glow on the walls and illuminating our path. We moved quickly, but quietly, each step filled with caution and uncertainty.

As time passed, the air in the tunnel grew thick and oppressive, making it difficult to breathe. The voices of the minions became louder and more frenzied, their fear spreading to me like a contagion. I've been through many battles, faced off against vampires and zombies, but I never thought that humans could be such monsters.

Finally, we emerged on the other side, the group of us making our way through the dense jungle. We kept low and stayed hidden, trying to avoid detection by the enemy. The forest was deep and treacherous, making it challenging to navigate and even harder for anyone to spot us. Some of us headed straight for the big settlement we had established, while others made their way towards Howard city.

I looked upon my city with a sense of pride and longing, but what I saw shattered my heart. An army larger than anything I could have ever imagined had arrived, and they were using a giant tree to break down the doors. They had brought with them an array of machines designed to lay siege to the walls of our city. Ballistae, catapults, and towering siege towers were just a few of the weapons in their arsenal. Despite there being no one to defend the first wall, it was constructed with such strength that the enemy struggled to break through. Eventually, they found a way in, and the city was soon under attack.

As my people made their way to our new home, I stood and watched in horror as my city was destroyed. The sounds of swords clashing echoed through the air, a constant reminder of the enemy's presence and the city's defeat. I had a horse with me, so I mounted it, my heart heavy as I rode towards the new home, leaving the remains of my beloved city behind.

As I was returning, tears welled up in my eyes and an intense anger to seek revenge on the enemy burned within me. There have been many trials and tribulations in my life since I entered this world, but this was not what I had envisioned. I am a man of honor and they have stripped me of that dignity. I was alone, and in that moment, I could have let my emotions pour out in sobs, but I did not. The tears flowed down my cheeks, but I held back the feelings in my heart.

Revenge is my objective and I will not rest until I have my retribution. Although my people were traveling on foot, Chloe and I were riding on horses. When I reached Chloe, I shared the details of what I had seen in the city and about the enemy.

"They are giants, an adversary that we cannot defeat in battle. But we must find a way to overcome them, or we will not survive in this world. I know they are strong, and they have powerful methods, but I have my minions, and they are stronger than anyone in this world," I said to Chloe.

She looked at me, and she could sense the pain that I was experiencing. The city I had built from the ground up had been taken from me, and I had been cast out like an unwanted item from someone's house. "So, where are we going?" she asked.

"We will be in our new settlement until the Howard city is cleaned. Afterward, we will transfer the citizens there, along with a few minions, while we remain at the settlement to make it stronger. I am considering increasing our numbers, especially our brute force minions. They are our only hope," I replied.

"What about resources? How are we going to manage them?" she inquired when I mentioned increasing our minions.

"I will have to increase our resources. You are correct. So, I will start by creating resource-collecting minions. I will make more builders and resource gatherers to speed up the building and resource collection process. After that, I will focus on our warriors. And I have a favor to ask of you," I said.

"Yes, what is it? Tell me, I will do anything for you," she replied.

"I need you to go with the citizens to the Howard city. We have weapon makers, and I will provide you with builder minions who can construct and create anything you need. You will have to create massive war weapons. I need fast weapons that can easily defeat the enemy. Don't worry about resources, just create weapons. We will also need new armor, crossbows, and even swords. It is now your responsibility to provide me with weapons of all kinds," I said, giving her one of the most critical responsibilities.

She was not prepared for such a weighty task, but she knew she had to take it on. I was already under immense stress, and she thought that by taking on this responsibility, she could ease his burden. She listened intently to everything I had said and nodded her agreement. "I will do it. I will create weapons that the world is not prepared for. I assure you that the enemy will be at our feet, they will beg for mercy, and you will show them no mercy," she declared.

In the end, there was only so much that could possibly be done. With houses burning, Minions dying and streets being trashed, the entire area soon becomes a barren hellhole. It wouldn't be long before I was forced to retreat once again.
