Axel then added: "Elias, my dad and Colin ended up joining the others so it shouldn't take long before they join us... And babe, don't worry, I'm sure that after we're done cleaning up around here, you'll get a chance to talk with Elias."

Kevin nodded and they finished killing the last two Werewolves who were also in a terrible state after being tortured by the black particles.

Kevin, while they were still in the last room and while the Werewolves were still disintegrating, asked Axel: "Do you see anything that could have made the black particles not kill them but torture them physically and physiologically?"

Axel then said to him with a smile: "You've already forgotten that you see the same thing I do because of those runic symbols I carved on your wrist... But I think we still missed something important, look closer at the walls babe."

Kevin then focused on the walls but he still couldn't see anything in particular, however he could feel the black particles being sucked into them, and that was strange indeed.

Kevin then said to Axel: "You think that the black energy crystals are centralized somewhere and that they send the black particles into the rooms like a network, is that right?"

Axel nodded, he and Kevin were pretty sure that these rooms were functioning as gravity rooms, only they hadn't found any black energy crystals yet that would prove them right.

Axel then sent some Divine energy into the walls to try to track where the black particles that were being sucked in were going and bingo, black runic symbols with a now golden outline appeared on the walls of this room and Axel frowned as he showed Kevin: "This is the runic symbol of creation, this one represents evil..."

As Axel discovered new runic symbols, their meaning appeared in his mind right away and obviously he shared this information with Kevin.

There was also the runic symbol of renewal, slavery, torture, power, and all of them were linked together in the same way that Axel had linked the runic symbols that he had carved temporarily on their wrists.

Kevin then asked him feeling suddenly uncomfortable: "Does this mean that Lilith is the one controlling these rooms and therefore knows what we are doing here?"

But then Axel smiled at him, and he said wrapping his arm around Kevin's shoulders for his man to relax a bit: "Yes... And no!"

Kevin immediately leaned on Axel before asking him: "Explain that to me then, because I don't get it."

Axel smiled at him and he said after kissing him: "It's exactly as we thought, I've been tracking these black particles and they do follow a network that leads them all straight to the basement, and all of these rooms without exception are connected to the same network.

Now, unlike me who linked these runic symbols together so that you could access the vision of my Divine Wolf, Lilith linked these runic symbols together so that they would have the long term effect of brainwashing and turning not only these Werewolves into Knights of Darkness, but also into obedient puppets... Kevin then led him to the exit completely relieved now that he was sure Lilith couldn't spy on them through those runic symbols and he then said to him: "I believe you honey, it's like you have a system now too that helps you understand the language of the runic symbols."

Axel had never thought of it that way but Kevin was right, it was exactly like his system that sent him information from time to time about items or people's Stats.

Once back in the hallway, the Divine energy that Axel had sent into those runic symbols had spread everywhere and now the network of those black runic symbols could be clearly seen thanks to the golden outline they had, and they were definitely everywhere in the building.

When Elias, Miguel, Mykael and Colin finally joined them, Elias told them right away: "We let the others rest in the prison dimension, we'll call them if we really need them."

Axel and Kevin nodded and they explained to them what they had discovered so far about this place.

Miguel, after listening carefully to their explanation, moved closer to the wall that gave access to the basement and he said to them: "Well, let's go and check what's in the basement, and then we'll be able to reduce this building to dust."

Miguel then kicked the wall that pulverized immediately and he jumped without hesitated into the hole that must be several meters high.

Elias followed him right after and Axel, Kevin, Mykael and Colin joined them one by one.

After a rather narrow corridor, Miguel stopped in front of a black wall where black runic symbols with golden outlines were found and he asked Axel and Kevin when they arrived: "Sons, is what we are looking for behind this wall?"

Axel then looked at Kevin who said: "That's right, my system sent me a notification telling me that it was an access to a laboratory."

Miguel then nodded and as he was about to pulverize this wall like the other one, Elias held his arm to stop him and Miguel who was surprised by his action looked at him but Elias was having a vision... Just like Kevin.

Just when Miguel was about to pulverize this wall, Kevin had a vision and saw that the whole building was trapped by black crystals that were going to explode at the same time and release enough black particles at once to kill them all.

Well, he wasn't sure that they were really all dying because his vision stopped when he felt the black particles devour him entirely, and fortunately for them, even while having a vision, Elias' reflexes were still top notch.

Axel, who had also seen Kevin's vision in real time thanks to the link they shared, took the opportunity to explain to the others what they were seeing and as Elias had had a longer vision than Kevin, Miguel asked him when he came back to his senses: "After the explosion of those black crystals what did you see?"
