My Idle Gaming System

The brilliant runic magic circle that appeared from a Rift being cleared made its appearance, Noah telling the girls not to go towards it as they could not let the Blessed outside know of the fact that they cleared the Rift in an hour.

The two girls nodded as they looked at Noah's tired eyes with concern, Annalise speaking out.

"Brother, when did you last sleep? You were gone the entire time last night…"

The little sister had eyes that shone with immense care when she stared at her older brother, Noah only giving her a light smile as he waved the Silver Cores they obtained from the Rift towards her.

"Don't worry about me, let's use the time to have you make a break through into the Silver Rank."

Annalise saw the same dismissive attitude from her brother that was now working harder than any of them as he hadn't even slept in the past day, her expression becoming stern as she spoke out strongly!

"I'll do what you want if you do what I want! We can stay in the Rift and not leave for a few hours, get some rest and you'll wake up to see me in the SILVER Rank…"

Rose was also nodding strongly by the side as the two girls tried their best to have the one who had been overworking himself for the past day to get some rest.

They were relentless as Noah finally agreed, the huge weight that lifted off of his heart after clearing so many floors of the Tower of Champions and finishing all the Rifts within Academy City finally allowing him to close his eyes to rest after constantly moving for so many hours.

In the cleared Silver Rift of a subjugated City, a transmigrator was lulled into the folds of sleep while surrounded by two girls- one putting his head on her lap so that he wouldn't rest on the hard ground of the Rift, the other grabbing Silver Cores to continue upgrading her strength!

Within a Rift, there was no such thing as a time limit on how long one could be there.

Some beings that challenged Rifts above their levels would sometimes unfortunately find themselves slowly going through it for hours, with the truly unlucky ones taking them days.

Even though Noah and the 2 girls cleared the Silver Rift within the hour, they stayed inside for a few hours as Noah finally fell down to sleep from exhaustion while Annalise began absorbing the Silver Cores they came across in the Rift!

Rose was looking at the tired brother and hard working sister pair with a smile as the 5th Ethereal Princess found herself holding the head of Noah on her lap.

It was only something she did in hindsight, but she now found herself looking at the face of this hard working brother while his little sister had her eyes closed absorbing cores.

Her eyes twinkled as she thought up close, the man in her lap had some dashing features!

But this was only a passing thought as she shook her head and thought about many things herself.

The hours passed by as some time later, Annalise came to while her body vibrated with strength.

Frost began to swirl around her as her Inherent Skill was enhanced by another factor, knowledge of it flowing into her mind.

||Ice Queen|| :: An Inherent Skill that allows the wielder to have expert control of the ice element, with its usage varying depending on the user. Its abilities include [Ice Aura] and [Glacial Meteor].

The Enhancement of her strength to Silver tier had unlocked [Glacial Meteor] from her Inherent Skill, allowing her to call down an icy Meteor! It was a heavily offensive skill compared with what she had before- the [Ice Aura] that she used to reinforce all her attacks!

This was the boon with Inherent Skills- they could truly be grown to grand possibilities as a Blessed rose through ranks, how they would truly turn out in the future being something only the Blessed can find out.

Annalise familiarized herself with her new strength as she and Rose took turns looking after Noah, the hours passing by quickly.

Outside the Rift, the Blessed from the Dark Continent had annoyed expressions as throughout the day, there were three parties that delved into the Molten Ruins Rift, with the latter 2 coming out in 2 to 3 hours.

But the team that had entered during the beginning of the day...they had been in there for so long that the sun was nearly setting!

"I mean they're definitely dead. Who bet on them not even making it out?"

One of the Silver Blessed overseeing the encampment of the Silver Rift spoke to the others with a smile, watching as one of them received multiple Iron and bronze Cores from the others.

"Truly a waste of those two girls…"

Disgusting dialogue was about to start when the Rift portal lightly flashed, the figure of Noah and the two girls appearing as the Blessed came to attention.

There was surprise in their eyes but also not, because the team in front of them had taken nearly the entire day to clear the Rift!

They looked at their gains as they only saw a Silver Boots Equipment in Noah's hands.

It was loot from the Tower of Champions that provided increased defense and speed, Noah having no problem giving this away to not bring any attention to themselves for now as all Cores were absorbed by Annalise! To him, this single Equipment was nothing as he had already racked up tens, and he would have hundreds of such equipment in the days to come.

He threw the equipment over to the group of Blessed that looked at it with shining eyes- knowing how rare the drop rate of equipment was that they didn't even search the team to see if they obtained anything else.

"Nice work! Come again!"

Their jovial voices rang out behind them as Noah and the girls made their way out of the encampment and towards their temporary lodging.

Noah had become rejuvenated after the sleep, his focused eyes now looking forward to claiming his Idle Rewards for the past 24 hours for both the Iron and Bronze Rifts, and the past hours rewards of the single Silver Rift!

They walked along the darkening streets of the City carefully as they passed some groups of Blessed, nearly reaching their goal when in the next moment as they crossed a street...they came across a group of patrolling Blessed.

"Oh?"

It was two in the Silver Rank and 2 in Bronze, their equipment carrying the inscription of the bloody crown with the golden sword!

"I know you."

The eyes of the front most Silver Blessed shone with light as his eyes landed on Noah and Annalise, also locking with the girl wearing a half veil he recognized!

Noah's eyes constricted as Annalise's eyes became blood red, the figure of the being they etched deep in their hearts actually appearing in front of them.

The killer that had taken away their parents not too long ago...they came across him as his eyes locked towards them interestingly!
