I don't know how Nero is even able to do it; I had thought he was watching it from a safe distance, considering I was getting a full view of the battles.

Now I am finding it inside the cyclops' golem, and now it has opened its cloudy mouth to consume its necrotic consume the Necrotic core and soul core, both of whose size and power had shocked me.

What Nero is doing is killing himself once Nero consumes or even touches its necrotic core and soul core. Its self-destruction would activate, and it will blow itself up within a second, and that will surely kill Nero.

It is not some common Grandmaster golem but something that has power close to the half-step Grand Lords.

Even without a necrotic core and soul core, the destruction its self destruct would bring would be huge. I don't think Nero will be able to survive that. Even now, I am screaming at Nero to stop before he is too late, but he is not willing.

Finally, its cloudly mouth enveloped the two cores, and they disappeared.

Just as it happened, I saw all the runes inside it lit up like a blinding sun; they were so bright that I could not see anything else.

Suddenly, all the bright lights disappeared; Nero had cut off the visual connection. I could sense him and the distance between us, but I could not feel his emotions or state. He had sealed them off from me.

BOOOOOM!

I was screaming at him to open a complete connection; let me see what is happening, when finally I heard the explosion around me.

It was beyond powerful; the whole underground repository shook heavily, and the defensive formations of the rooms activated everywhere.

I felt an extraordinary danger around me; it was not from any person but from the formations around me. It had scared me so much that I poured as much rule-bending power into my stealth method as I could and remained frozen in my spot.

I had just gotten control over my emotions when suddenly, I felt my connection with Nero weakening rapidly.

It had scared the hell out of me thousand times more than any formation that has the power to instantly vaporize me.

"Nero," I whispered with my whole body shaking; I may be very angry at him and probably ground him for life, but I still love him very, very much, and losing him would be like losing a big part of me, and I couldn't let that happen.

A few seconds passed, and Nero's life continued weakening before it had finally stopped, but still, he was very weak.

'I am fine, father,' Nero said weakly in my mind.

"How can you say you are fine? At your current state, even a puny knight could kill you," I exploded but got no reply. Only his connection remained active; I couldn't even feel his state clearly, just sense his life force, which became very weak.

'I should go to him,' I thought to myself and began opening the rooms toward the bronze door.

Thankfully, all the defensive formations have disappeared after a second; even if they were active, I would have broken them to reach Nero.

It took me only a few minutes to break a couple of rooms and reach the bronze door, and when I saw it, I couldn't help but become surprised.

The bronze door in front of me is completely fine; there is not a single crack on it; it is still letting out its usual shine as before.

I had throught with the scale of the explosion; it blew the bronze door to piece or at least damaged it enough that a couple of dents and a few hundred cracks would appear on it, but nothing had happened to it.

Well, not nothing; the formation on it has finally appeared.

The formation is big, covering the gigantic door densely. The formation is not only big but also majestic that even I could not design such a magnificent thing, and when it is hidden inside this amazing artifact, one could only dream of opening it without the key.

If it had been normal times, I would have spent at least a few seconds seeing the grandness of the formation, but this time I did not.

I quickly scanned the grand formation before beginning to solve it together with my avatar. The formation is not easy; it is the hardest I have seen in this ruin, even more, difficult than the one on the gemmed door.

Still, I have confidence that I would be able to solve it, and I will solve it. Nero is behind the door, weak, defenseless that even Knight would be able to kill him. So, I had to break this formation, even if it was impossible.

Time passed, and I and my avatar got completely focused on solving this huge complicated formation.

Before I realized it, twenty-four hours had passed by, and I was still far from finishing the formation. Even after three days and two people working together, it will still take me some time before I am able to break it.

Another eight hours had passed before finally, a smile appeared on my face, and I had solved the formation, and it took me a little less time than I had expected.

I expected it would take me two days by outside time, but it had only taken me less than one and half-day, four days inside my core.

Buzz!

I waved my hand, and a huge formation appeared and flew toward the bronze door before sticking to it a few seconds later; the formation buzzed, and the door began to open.

"Fuck!"

I cursed as the door opened; I completely forgot about the dense death and metal energies. They are extremely dense and denser than when Nero had experienced them earlier.

Step

A couple of formations activated, and I stepped inside through the door and nearly stumbled in shock when I sensed something.

"The bastard survived!" I exclained in shock; the Bullman was able to escape. It seemed to have used a very powerful artifact to break the spatial restrictions here and escape.

It barely had one second, and even with such little time, the bastard was able to escape.
