2425 Fighting Peak Grandmaster

Not just its ax had been frozen but also its whole body; the binding was so powerful that it could not even move its eyes.

I had to begin to bind it with my strings even before the Lightning Leopard had sensed its fighting. I had already kept the large swath of strings out; the moment I sensed it arrived, my strings began to wrap themselves around it.

It is not just the Rock Apeman's body that had been frozen but also of the Lightning Leopardmans. I had it in my control within a few minutes of battles; if I had wished to, I would have killed whenever I wanted.

I could kill them even now, but that would be simply wasteful, especially Rock Apeman, who is my ticket to peak Leader class.

I opened my eyes, and both of them disappeared; it immediately startled the Frost Lizardman standing in the air.

"What did you do to them?" It asked, and I craned my neck toward it, "Haven't you guessed already?" I asked back with a smile. It seemed to stun it for a moment before the recognition flashed into its eyes.

"Micheal Zaar!" It said with wide eyes. "In the flesh," I replied with a smile as I got up from the ground slowly.

"Return Hegdo and Arla, and I will give you the swift death," It demanded, which made me look at it like it was the biggest idiot in the world. "Haven't you read any intel about me?" I asked it, and it seemed to understand what I was talking about as its blue eyes blazed with ice cold anger.

"Those who disappeared did not return," I stated.

The anger blazed even brightly, but the next moment, all of it had disappeared.

"Hahaha… You did a good job, human; I have wanted to kill those two bastards for a long time, but alas, the restrictions prevented me," It said while laughing hard. Its reaction surprised me, but I did not show it on my face.

While it is happy about their fate, I am happy too; especially now when it is wasting so much time talking.

The harvest of the two Grimms Monsters has already begun, and the bloodline energy of the Rock Apeman has already started to move among many shareholders; it won't be long before it is completely sucked dry, and I get the strengthening energy that I desperately need.

It is regretful that even after harvesting them together, the bloodline did not awaken from the Lightning Leopardman, but it was a long shot anyway.

"There is a huge reward on your head, human; if I bring your head, then those rewards would be enough to give me a chance to reach for the next step," It said, and a dreamy look appeared in its eyes for a moment.

I know what step the bastard is talking about, it is already peak Tyrant, and the next step for it would be to attain the council-level power.

It is not wrong; I have heard about the reward they are offering for my head, and those rewards would definitely give it a great chance to take the next step.

"Humph, do you think you could kill me? If you have read any intel on me, then you would already know that I have already survived the attacks of the peak Grandmasters," I said, which instantly stiffened its expressions for a moment.

"Snort! Those attacks you have faced were just the trailer of their real power; if you had faced a real power of the Peak Grandmaster, then you wouldn't be standing here," It said angrily.

I couldn't help but smile at that; the bastard would not be able to kill me unless it brought out a council-level power of something close to it. It does not have that power, so it could forget killing me; it should worry about itself now that I am harvesting the Rock Apeman.

"It seemed like you are quite confident on your defenses, Micheal Zaar." "Then let me show you the real power of peak Grandmaster and see how your defenses crumbled under it," It said grandly, and the next moment, I felt like a frost volcano exploded beside me.

"Dome of Lances!"

It shouted loudly, and frost lances began to materialize above; hundred by a moment, within a second, thousand have already appeared and are still appearing at a much faster rate than before.

Within three-second, nine thousand ice lances have covered me from all the directions. They are everywhere in the sky, and the aura they are releasing together is so terrifying that I couldn't but shudder in front of it.

"Terrified now, human? You should be; this is not an attack the defenses of mid-grandmaster could bear, no matter how powerful they are," It said and looked at me intently, trying to see whether I summoned my defensive method or not.

"The attack is just so-so," I replied, and it had instantly chilled the temperature around me; the Frost Lizardman did not like me underestimating its attack.

To be honest, the attack is grand, and I am in awe of it, but I just want to waste time till the strengthening energy comes.

"You really do have a sharp mouth; I want to see whether any part of it would remain by the time my attack is over," It said and waved its scaly hands down.

Sup Sup Sup!

It did not say anything further, nor did it need to; the might of the attack is more than enough to tell what it wants to.

My shields materialized around me the moment the attack reached halfway toward me, and fractions of a second later, ice spears appeared next to my shield.

BANNG BANNG BANNG

Hundreds of ice spears clashed against my shields, and they lit up while sending a large number of ice energy at me. This energy was so cold that it numbed me instantly, but I bore the numbness as it was just the trailer of this mighty attack.
