Monster Integration

The violet energy is at the same level as its physical strength; it crashed against my armor, and I felt like thousands of cannonballs were striking against me. The energy attack was so powerful that it shook my armor.

Thankfully, my defense is no joke, especially against the energy. My strings still contained the most power of my Inheritance than any other move, and they did not block the energy; instead, my armor opened its gates and let me come inside, and as it did, thousands of formations lit up across the thousands of strings of my armor.

The violet energy was very dense and hard to separate, but as the formations lit up, it tore it into thousands of pieces and began to grind it its viciousness away.

Hun!

A moment later, a huge amount of heavy energy went to my runes and was about to get refined into the raw energy like any other energy when the energy felt a suction from the core and went to the core.

It is not my core that sucks the energy but the thing inside it, to be specific the mysterious seed which Grand Lord had given me; it is taking the energies. It couldn't help but make me surprised that I wanted to analyze it further; unfortunately, I could not; I have a dangerous enemy to survive from.

It came at me again while I was still flying back uncontrollably, it was walking casually, but its speed was tremendous that it appeared beside me in a moment.

"You took the attack better than I had imagined," It said and attacked me again with the same casualness, but I could see this attack was stronger.

'Third Boost!'

I activated the move without waiting and moved my sword with all my strength to counter its all-powerful casual-looking attack.

CLANNG!

Puh Puh Puh

Its huge saber fell on my rapier again, and a massive force struck me that it immediately ruptured my internal organs and made me vomit blood repeatedly as they flew back at even greater speed, fighting against the momentum that had struck me.

The third boost is the most powerful offensive in my arsenal, but it seemed like it barely did anything, but I wish I could say the result is surprising. Even if I had hoped for the best, I had known this would happen, seeing who my enemy is.

The power of Violet Vidette is extreme, and it is not even serious while fighting me, and I already reached this state; I wonder what my state would be if it got serious, and it will soon, and I don't know whether I would be able to survive or not.

The battle had taken a turn for the worse, but all things are not lost; I have some trump cards that give me some confidence to survive it.

I had just stopped vomiting when I saw it coming toward me, walking casually. The finesse of this level is very hard to acquire, and these Vidette bastards are famous for it.

After going through the vidette ritual, all the paths of their progress cut off, leaving them with only one thing they could focus on, and that is refining their combat skills. They refine it from every angle, from control to skill; they fitness it to such degree that it almost became art.

I don't know how powerful this bastard is, but I know that even with my abilities and trump card, it held the true possibility of killing me.

I do not want to die, at least when I have seen the path of progress clearly like never before. I have art, help from Pyramid, and most supremes who are willing to let me browse their secrete libraries and mentees from which I could get required data and perform my experiments.

Things have never been this simple for me, and if I had met this bastard a month later, I would not be in such a Grimm stage. Still, I will try for my every breath to survive, I just need to survive this battle, and I will make sure when I meet next time, it will not be able to dominate me at such ease.

"Two moves, let me see if you are able to survive the third," The Violet Vidette said and attacked.

This time, the attack did not come from the front but from the behind; I activated a couple of formations inside my armor. As the formation activated, I spun; the spin was powerful, seeing I activating again the momentum, which is too powerful to manage.

The harsh ride did its job, and I moved my rapier with all the momentum it had given me, the power of attack so high that it would have cleanly cut any enemy I had fought before this violet vidette.

CLANNG!

"Ahhhhh!"

Its saber clashed against my sword with more power than before, and just as I did, I let out a scream, and opposite momentums crashed into my body, injuring me severely in an instant while sending me flying in the opposite direction, vomiting blood which is filled with bits and pieces of my internal organs.

It might seem long, but it had been less than five seconds since the battle had begun, and I had already been severely injured.

I could feel the soul sense of general tightening around me, ready to save me at a moment's notice, but Grimm Grandmaster also has strengthened its soul sense, and I am sure it will try its hard for me not to get rescued and even kill me if it gets the chance.

I could not expect any help from the general; I would have to survive this Violet Vidette on my own, and it seemed like it was time for me to use that thing.

It will be my first time using it on such a scale; I had used it once but a very faint amount of it, not on the scale I am planning to use now.
