Both of them were currently at a standstill.

The weight of the revelations was overwhelming, and even Vincent needed time to process everything.

His mind was racing with questions, doubts, and uncertainties. He needed more time to come to terms with this new knowledge and decide on the best course of action.

Yuki, on the other hand, remained composed throughout the exchange. Her calm demeanor seemed to contrast with the gravity of the information, it just showed how different she perceived things.

'I can't read her at all, ' Frustration began to build within him as he couldn't decipher her true intentions.

As he struggled to understand her, a realization struck him.

It wasn't her that was the puzzle; it was the entire situation. The complexities of the interconnected realms, the involvement of powerful entities like Hades, and the secrets of the limiter were the true questions he needed to decipher.

Her calmness wasn't a barrier to overcome; it was only a reflection of her arrogant behavior.

Shifting his focus from trying to decipher her alone, he understood the bigger picture.

'If Hades is so strong, then why approach me? I would have destroyed the limiter even if he hadn't sent someone here. It was just a matter of time. It doesn't really make sense,' he mused, as he tried to make sense of the situation.

As he contemplated the situation, he drew on both his own experiences and the memories he had gained from Fenrir.

Time seemed to stretch out as he delved into his thoughts, but in reality, only a few seconds had passed.

Then an idea popped into his mind that sparked a subtle shift in his expression.

His eyes glinted, and a chuckle escaped his lips. It was an idea that had almost slipped past him, but now it seemed crystal clear.

"I won't join that seat of yours or work for Hades," he answered with a confident grin. He wanted to test the waters first, so the best course of action was challenging her patience.

Yuki looked surprised at his response but she was able to hide her true emotions.

'What can you expect from an Earthling? This guy doesn't know how high the heavens are,' she sneered in contempt.

He should have been honored that her Lord Hades even noticed him. How dare he talk back like this? She wanted to shred Vincent to pieces, but she had to endure for the sake of her mission.

"Are you serious? Working with the god of the underworld could be incredibly beneficial for you. Lord Hades is known to be a fair and just ruler. He won't lead you astray or make you suffer injustice," she replied, her voice a little bit softer this time, but just a little bit. She could still not hide her prideful demeanor.

"I can also say that I'm a very kind person, you know. Let's stop talking about those things. The truth is, Hades needs me to do something aside from breaking the limiter of this world," he declared, his confidence unwavering in his guess.

"You..." She was left momentarily speechless, but her silence didn't last long.

"It doesn't make a difference," she sneered.

"It does, if my guess is right," he countered confidently. "Even if I break the limiter, your people would still not be able to come as you please on Earth."

She looked taken aback, her composure finally wavering.

"You think you know what Lord Hades wants, but do you truly understand the implications of your decision?" she asked, her voice steady.

Vincent's smirk grew as he finally sensed a fluctuation in her heart. He had hit the mark, and his assumption seemed to be right on the money.

The secret realms had been severed long before the limiter was imposed. This meant that the two restrictions were independent of each other.

Breaking the limiter might weaken the seal on the secret realms, but it wouldn't fully break it.

The pieces of the puzzle were starting to fit together.

Hades wanted to help him because, after breaking the limiter, Fate would do its best to eradicate the irregularities in this world through a reset.

But Fate wouldn't intervene directly; instead, it would create apocalyptic events similar to what had happened in the past, such as the great flood or the extinction of dinosaurs.

The god of the underworld had a more specific agenda in mind - to open a direct pathway from the underworld to Earth.

It seemed obvious that Hades wanted something in this world, and breaking the seal and limiter would provide him with the opportunity to accomplish whatever it was he sought.

This revelation added a new layer of complexity to the situation. Not only did he have to consider the implications of breaking the limiter on Earth and the interconnected realms, but he also had to be cautious about the potential consequences of granting Hades direct access to Earth.

"I don't really see any advantage in this exchange at all " Vincent playfully remarked which irritated her further.

"I will just kill you if you don't cooperate with us " she warned.

Vincent's boldness didn't waver despite the threat in her eyes. He met her gaze with a confident smile, unwilling to be intimidated.

"You can try killing me, but I'm sure your Lord won't appreciate that," he chuckled, knowing full well that she won't do something so drastic.

He wanted to show her that he wouldn't be swayed by fear or arrogance, even in the face of her threat.

Yuki's killing intent surged, but she also seemed taken aback by his response.

It was clear that he wasn't one to back down easily, and his confidence in his abilities was not affected by the previous exchange.

In fact , he was more worried about that individual that could manipulate space.

He couldn't shake off the unease about someone with such immense power.

The fact that this person had sent her to Earth showcased a level of strength that surpassed his imagination.

Meanwhile, Yuki found herself in a corner, frustrated and feeling trapped. She cursed inwardly, realizing that she had been careless in her actions.

She couldn't contact Lord Hades for help or guidance, as she was bound to remain in this realm until Vincent succeeded in breaking the limiter and the seal.

"Damn it," she muttered to herself, feeling the weight of her predicament. She knew that she couldn't simply abandon her mission.

She took a moment to compose herself, closing her eyes and controlling her breathing.

"You're right," she finally admitted, her tone serious. "We do need your help to open the gateway to the underworld."

She took a deep breath, knowing that her next words were crucial in revealing Hades' true intentions.

"Lord Hades also wanted to exterminate Fate," she answered.

"Why ?" He asked .He needed to understand Hades' motivations behind such a drastic plan.

Unlike him, he needed to confront Fate, no matter what in order to protect himself and his loved ones.

"It's a long story so I'm just going to tell you about the Primordial Age"

Vincent listened intently to her story, feeling the weight of the knowledge she was sharing.

"This.." he was stunned by this revelations.
