Leveling Up With My Pet



In a smoky room, several people were smoking guns with cigarettes in their mouths, puffing away and having the best vibe of themselves in such a moment. 

One of them, Old Jiang, expressed concern about recent events, 

"I feel like something like this happening twice in a row in one day is not normal. President Luo didn't look well at the meeting earlier, so I didn't say anything."

The next day, Bawang was in the East China Sea. Overlord was chasing a big fish weighing hundreds of catties in a game of cat and mouse.

As the big fish ran away with all its strength, if it could talk, it would have begged for mercy. 

"Brother, let me go. My meat doesn't taste good. Please, just let me go," it would say.

However, it couldn't speak, so it had no choice but to keep running away from an enormously powerful creature like an Overlord.

The big fish eventually slowed down due to a lack of physical strength. Suddenly, it saw a giant shark four to five meters long and immediately rushed towards the giant shark with all its power.

Although it should have run as far as possible when it saw such a giant shark, it went directly to the big shark at the fastest speed today.

The giant shark was leisurely and relaxed, with a carefree look, until it saw the behemoth following the big fish. 

"Damn it, you are hurting people!" the giant shark thought before swinging its tail and running away.

Bawang's eyes lit up as the giant shark was also a part of his diet. The Overlord rushed over and opened his mouth to bite the giant shark first.

This time, Overlord did not reserve speed nor play a cat-and-mouse game, which is time-consuming and tedious for a powerful creature like Bawang, So it simply crushed its prey with speed.

The giant shark only escaped a little far, at most dozens of meters away. The Overlord bit it and, with a few bites, crunched the shark and made the water full of dreadful blood. 

"Well, it tastes really good," Bawang remarked. "I like to eat this big shark more and more. It is always the delicious thing  I have and will have till the future meals of mine."

Bawang Meimei effortlessly devoured the giant shark in just a few bites and then turned its gaze to the big fish that was desperately trying to flee. 

The fish had already swum hundreds of meters away, but to Bawang, with its superhuman vision, even a distance of thousands of meters was clear as day. So, without any hesitation, Bawang chased after it.

The big fish thought it had managed to escape from danger and breathed a quiet sigh of relief. If it had any thoughts, it would have been something like, "Phew, that was close. I'm lucky that shark was in the way. Otherwise, I would have been the one to be eaten."

  But suddenly, the fish tensed up, and a sense of impending danger enveloped it. It saw the Overlord approaching quickly, less than a hundred meters away.

"Brother, why are you so fast?" the fish cried out in desperation. "I was trying my best to escape, exerting all my strength and not giving up!"

The Overlord, however, didn't care what the fish thought. It didn't want to play any games of cat and mouse. It was hungry and wanted to fill up quickly. 

"I still have tasks to do today," Bawang thought to himself.

Without any hesitation, it swam forward, opened its mouth wide, and devoured the entire fish weighing hundreds of catties in just one bite, crunching it up with relish.

It took Bawang about thirty minutes to fill its stomach with over 20 tons of food. 

"I felt incredibly satisfied after eating such a massive amount of food. But Why hasn't the master contacted me yet?" Bawang thought. 

"What do you want me to do today? I want to sink two big ships again. I like doing things like this the most."

Just as it was thinking this, Liu Yong's voice suddenly sounded in its mind. "Overlord, are you ready? We are going to start working again."

Bawang was shocked but also excited. "Master, I'm ready. What do you want me to do today?" He asked eagerly.

Liu Yong replied, "Same as yesterday. There is a ship that requires you to poke a few holes in it. Remember, you can poke a maximum of five holes."

"Okay, where is that ship? I can start now," Bawang said.

Liu Yong gave Bawang the location of the ship and what it looked like but reminded him not to rush into action and wait for confirmation from him.

Bawang set off towards the destination sea area, which was only about three or four hundred nautical miles away from its current location. It was estimated that it would arrive in about two hours.

Meanwhile, back on land, Liu Yong had just gotten up, washed up, and after giving orders to Bawang, he sat down to have breakfast with his family. 

"Brother, it's time to eat," Liu Lan called out to him.

After breakfast, Liu Yong checked the time and saw that it was 8:20 am.

Bawang would arrive at the destination sea area by around ten o'clock.

Today, Liu Yong planned to teach Luo Maoyuan another lesson until he begged for mercy.
