[A/N: Missing chapter (1/3). I don't know how this happened, but I didn't post three chapters, and no one mentioned it. My bad!]

Leon looked at the monstrosity in front of him and then down at his purple dildo of justice.

"Is it too late to whore out my virginity to the gods?"

In front of him was an 80-foot mecha-bear. It looked like a bear but had the rough appearance of a golem with shiner skin.

Leon swore he saw his comically overpowered sword become flaccid for half a second. The situation was bleak.

"Hah, not like I have time to open my interface anyway." He chuckled sardonically.

He had at least a dozen unknown items that could potentially restore all of Caitlyn's mana and give them an advantage. However, between Lindy's psychopathic sex episode and the fighting, he couldn't look.

Leon hadn't stopped regretting not taking an inventory and stat check yet.

In his defense, he only had a few hours between leaving his college and getting to the Inexpensiveco to check. He was supposed to sleep in those three hours but spent time in his interface reviewing his skills.

He made a mental note to use his flying time to check his stats now that he trusted Caitlyn more.

Leon looked back at the mecha-bear.

"I guess I know why no monsters came through the hole in the store's walls." Leon sighed, "I wish Rakov would stop pouting and help us out for freeing him from that witch."

"Ummm… babe? What are we going to—move!"

Caitlyn's Stalker Senses kicked in, and she immediately flew into Leon. A second later—

BOOOOM!

The mecha-bear struck with a horrifying speed, crushing an entire row of shelving.

'I swear to god, if you crushed my pudding snacks, I'd be balls deep in Lindy, and you'll be six 60 feet under!' Leon seethed internally. 'Speaking of which….'

He sighed in relief when he saw Lindy was still alive, and her remarkably proportionate bubble butt was still in prime condition. If he died, a few degrees to the left was a good sight to end on.

Remarkably enough, Sarah was standing in the corner of the room with a relaxed look on her face.

'Of all of these women, you're the most terrifying.' Leon declared to himself with narrowed eyes.

"Babe, should we run?" Caitlyn asked with a truly distressed voice.

'This must be a dangerous situation if her Danger Sense makes her nervous.' Leon noted, 'However, we must be able to get away if Odd's Defiance hasn't kicked in.'

"I need 10 seconds." Leon said, "Then we'll need to avoid attacks for another minute until your Light Pillar recharges."

Caitlyn nodded and picked Leon up, ready to fly. She didn't have much mana. However, leveling and conservative usage had left her with a strategic amount.

While she should have had enough, they could not threaten her ability to fly.

Leon opened up his interface and immediately navigated to his rewards to claim Brísingamen, which would increase her mana by 20%. That would be enough to guarantee she could use a Light Pillar without threatening her Light Pillar.

He quickly went to rewards and grabbed the necklace.

Leon scanned the nearly two dozen rewards he had earned. However, he was bitter to learn that the event restricted health and mana-restoring items. As a result, he received almost a dozen sexual-related gifts!

"Tch. Ironically, the hoe necklace proved the most useful." He muttered indignantly.

His body jolted at high speed, leaving him with a feeling of vertigo.

BOOOOM!

Leon closed his item storage and stared at the massive hole in the concrete floor.

Then he looked to the left to find a terrified Lindy wincing in pain. Caitlyn was holding the half-naked brunette by the hair. She saved her life, but it came at a brutal price!

"Good work, Caitlyn. You're an angel." Leon said with a beating heart, "As a reward, I have some jewelry for you."

Caitlyn's eyes sparkled, but she didn't turn away from the bear. So he threw the necklace with a blue pendant onto her neck. It immediately glowed, and Caitlyn felt power welling up in her.

"Hey guys, can you release my hair!?" Lindy cried in pain.

"Is your Light Pillar ready?" Leon asked, ignoring the woman.

"I think so." Caitlyn replied nervously, also ignoring the brunette.

"Good. I'll play decoy—"

"No! There's no way—"

"Please, guys!"

"Look, Caitlyn. If I don't, and you miss, we will all die. So just do as you're told!"

"... Yes, master…."

"Your shivering is pulling my hair out!"

BOOOOM!

"Nevermind! Keep holding my hair!" Lindy screamed as Caitlyn avoided another attack the woman barely saw coming.

The young woman was dangling ten feet in the air by hair. However, she was still alive!

"GYAHHHHHHHHHHH!"

The mecha-bear roared at a volume that shook the building, knocking products off the shelves.

It was getting frustrated by the ants that constantly avoided its attacks.

Caitlyn instantly dropped Lindy from a height of ten feet when she [requested] that she get held.

"Hey! It's not okay if Leon doesn't do it!" Lindy huffed as her bare bottom hit the floor.

No one paid attention to her, however.

"Tch. This thing must have seen Rakov and respects our power," Leon scoffed, "that means that Odds Defiance is out of the question unless it crunches one of us like a fly."

He instantly thought about Sarah. She would do perfectly for the role! At present, there was no way he would add that woman into his harem. So she was nothing but a sacrificial pawn!

Leon was relieved that his cold, rational sociopathy was still strong for people he wasn't actively trying to add to his harem. It was dangerous enough that he cared about his members.

"Didn't you learn a lesson from the titan outside!?" Leon yelled as he ran at an absurd speed toward the bear.

BOOOOOOM!

The bear fell from his standing position to all fours, trying to step on Leon or destabilize his balance.

However, Leon was anticipating the attack and jumped out of the way before the earthquake hit.

CcRrAaSsHhHhHh!

Dozens of shelves fell on the floor.

Leon landed but immediately jumped with all of his might again. The silver bear swiped with its paw, causing him to jump fifteen upward to avoid the strike.

The second he landed and jumped backward, a pillar of light drilled through the roof of the building.

The sight was surreal. It was also terrifying!

It was far larger than the other. Far larger! It had a diameter of twenty feet.

While bigger was better, it would have hit him if he had moved forward to attack instead of moving back.

Everyone watched the attack as the pillar tore down from the heavens and struck the bear's head. The scene played out in slow motion for everyone.

"GYAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"

The 80-foot bear screamed in pain as it jumped back onto its hind legs and put its paws to its face.

Caitlyn's Light Pillar strike wasn't strong enough to kill the mecha-bear, but the burn on his face would surely kill it from infection without healing magic.

BOOOOOM!

BOOM!

BOOOOM!

The bear thrashed around, destroying everything in sight.

Leon evaded the objects flying in his direction.

"Cait—"

When he turned around, he saw that the blonde had collapsed and was sweating and panting.

Caitlyn didn't look like she was in danger of dying and could surely walk. However, flying was out of the question.

"Lindy! Can you use Cocytus again!?" Leon yelled.

"No! I can only use it once every three days!" Lindy yelled back in a shame-filled voice.

"Tch. Okay!"

Leon didn't ask about any other attacks because there wasn't time! It was a never-ending problem.

What could he do?

"Heh. Let's see if Ms. Phantom is useful for anything." Leon laughed to himself.

Leon ran back but avoided Caitlyn's area, so he didn't draw the beast to her.

"Lindy! Remove the necklace on Caitlyn's necklace and give it to Sarah! Hurry!" He yelled, "Caitlyn, you'll get it back! I need it to protect you!"

"Oh yeah, Sarah…." Lindy whispered.

She immediately pulled on the necklace, but Caitlyn stopped her.

However, when she processed what Leon said, she let Lindy's hand go.

Then Lindy turned her head from side to side, looking for Sarah, who she had forgotten about.

"Over here!" Sarah yelled with a solid, confident voice.

Lindy's eyes widened but didn't question the personality shift. She immediately turned to Sarah's voice.

"Here! Catch!" Lindy yelled before throwing the necklace to the characteristically timid brunette.

Sarah caught it without hesitation and threw it on her neck.

"What do you want me to do!" She yelled while moving her straight, medium-length bangs from her eyes.

CRASH!

Leon rolled to avoid a paw swipe from taking his head up. More shelves crashed down, assaulting him with food.

His only saving grace was that the shelves were mostly empty between the storage shelves and the shelves that the food was on. As a result, he only had to break free from the food piled on him.

"Throw up the largest barrier you can to trap the bear inside it!" Leon yelled while throwing cans off him to regain his footing.

"What!? Are you insane!?" Sarah yelled, "Unlike Caitlyn and Lindy, I don't have a high level!"

"Shut the hell up, Mary!" Leon yelled, "Are you really going to keep the charade going when we're all going to die?"

She was stunned-silent and trembled after his words.

"M-My name isn't Mary." [Sarah] stuttered.

"You're right. I doubt Mary's your real name either, but I couldn't care less who you are." Leon scoffed aggressively.

"Any name you use translates to brat, and if you don't stop playing games, I'll update the translation to [sacrificial brat]."
