When he got into the driver’s seat, he received a call and he shouted into the receiver, “I’m coming over later, let the police interrogate her properly. Don’t even think of letting her off without a year in jail at least.”

He hung up after that.

Luosang asked, “Jiang Qifei is in the police station?”

Nian Junting ignored her and started the car.

Luosang thought that he looked ridiculous and she reached out to pinch his cheeks.

Nian Junting dodged her hands and he said spitefully, “Don’t touch me with those hands that you touched another man with.”

Luosang burst into laughter, “When did I touch another man?”

“You know it better than anyone else.”

He said grumpily.

“I’m a pregnant lady who got into a scuffle,” Luosang pouted, “My head hurts, my neck hurts but you only care about your feelings. You’re so busy getting jealous that you haven’t even shown me any concern. All you’re going now is saying nasty things about my life savior.”

Nian Junting’s tense face softened immediately, he wasn’t driving off yet so he turned and said to her, “If I didn’t show you any concern, why would I rush down here in such a hurry?”

“I think you’re more concerned about the baby than me,” Luosang grunted at him.

“Are you jealous of the baby?” Nian Junting raised his eyebrows, “Aren’t you worried about our baby too?”

“I am, but ever since you’ve arrived, all you’ve asked about is the baby’s condition,” women are sensitive, and even more so when they are pregnant.
