"Who is that?"

"An azure cloak alchemist? How did he get here?"

The others participants of the auction were also looking at the entrance of the last floor. With those three young prodigies paying their gaze upon the place, there was no way they could beat their own curiosity. However, it was an unknown youth, an unknown, alchemist.

Lyon was standing behind the last barrier with his eyes straight looking at Ning. His sharp eyes deterred her quivered glance instantaneously.

(Impossible!) screamed Ning inwardly.

"Lyon...?" muttered Mavis as he furrowed his blue brows. "That's a new name."

(Why is he here?!) thought Azleid as he furrowed his brows for not even a golden cloak alchemist had the privilege to enter this floor, yet there Lyon was.

"Hmm," Mavis smiled. "It seems like both of them knew this guy, interesting."

"Y-You!" shouted the alchemist nervously before he pranced forward with his glaring eyes toward Lyon. "You are Lyon, aren't you?"

"Huh?" Lyon stared him down with his eyelids didn't bother opening all the way up. "Who are you?"

"Kh!" The alchemist opened his eyes in disbelief. "Nevermind. I will forgive you for not being able to know my name, but you! Oh, YOU! How did you advance to this floor?"

"Through the stairs idiot," answered Kesya with her chin slightly raised, "Unbelievable."

Ning was stupefied by her mocking. Kesya was deliberately changing her tone to match hers. A blatant insult.

Ning furrowed her brows before she pointed at Lyon and the group, "You! I don't know what tricks you have up your sleeve, but you shouldn't step inside this floor, hmph!"

"Yes! Miss Ning is right, you shouldn't be here! Disrespecting the great Red Lotus, you are endangering the Alchemy Union's fate!" said the alchemist as he nodded before he turned. "Please, Miss Ning let me take care of this."

The alchemist bowed in hope to enter her good graces but a snort was made from Mavis.

Mavis opened his lips and said, "What's the harm here, let him come through, the more the merrier."

Lyon squinted his eyes but said none. He didn't recognize the blue-haired guy but there was no harm in letting him continue for a while.

"Mavis!" shouted Ning as she glared at him. "Do you know what you're talking about?! He is a nobody! It would be tarnishing this place's honor to have a nobody."

"A nobody?" Mavis raised his brows, "Pretty sure a nobody wouldn't be able to even reach this floor no? What do you think Azleid?"

"Do as you see fit," said Azleid before he turned and sat back down with his arms crossed. He calmly took a deep breath but his heart was racing. The incredible presence that he felt had not subsided yet. (Hunting Kunpeng for a living? I doubt it. Mavis said that his presence is bigger than Yuri) he grabbed the armrests tightly as his eyes turned sharp.

Mavis sighed.

"Young master Mavis please, there must be some mistake or accident flaw going on here. Obviously, an azure cloak alchemist doesn't have the ability to buy the Mythril Badge," said the alchemist as he smiled wryly.

"Hmm, that's a good point," Mavis nodded. "But the chances is not zero though."

"Enough Mavis! He must be using some tricks to get here!" said Ning. She was not having any of it. She was adamant to make Lyon get thrown off the building for her pride was at stake. Letting him in would prove that she was wrong, and the Red Lotus's Ning was never wrong.

Mavis put both of his hands up with his palms showed. "Alright, alright." (But there was no mistaking this presence though, that guy, he is definitely 'not' a nobody).

However, the barrier was opened the moment Lyon put the badge on the pedestal by himself.

The alchemist and Ning were shocked, but Lyon made his way in.

Mavis was intrigued by the development. He had never thought someone would be so ballsy against the well-known Red Lotus.

"You! Stop right there!" shouted the alchemist as he pointed at Lyon. "Who is your instructor?! I will report them about this!"

Lyon didn't even pause as he walked past him before the rest of his group followed suit. He was nonchalantly looking for a vacant seat before easily finding one. With the gawking of the alchemist, Lyon sat down and laid his back comfortably before placing one leg on top of another.

"Kh!" The alchemist had his veins bulging before running his way and stood right in front of Lyon.

"Hm?" Lyon raised his brows, "You're blocking my way, step aside." Lyon made a shooing gesture.

"You! Enough! Apologize to Miss Ning of Red Lotus, now!"

Lyon clasped his hands as he stared him down. "Tell me, why should I listen to the tongue that has licked more ass than a whore?"

Mavis couldn't close his opened mouth. The word that Lyon uttered was a massive sharp blade cutting butter. The vulgar words had effectively silenced the seventh floor.

Ning was blushing with her figure froze whilst the alchemist was standing blood rushing to his throat.

"Y-You!"

"Assid," Cecile called out, "Get him out of our sight."

"Wha—!!" the alchemist didn't manage to open another word before his meridians tremored. His eyes rolled up as orifices showed running blood.

Assid grabbed the alchemist by the back of his collar. The seventh floor was silenced once more.

Azleid furrowed his brows as his eyes slightly widened. (What was that?! My eyes can't keep up!) he watched Assid dragging the alchemist away.

Mavis gulped. (Oi oi oi, where is this monster comes from?).

Ning was looking at Assid dragging the alchemist away, however, the latter paused and leered at her. Her lips were slightly opened, and her soul immediately took a different turn when she saw Assid's ghastly glare. Death was clouding her mind, and reality was clenched by the chain of anguish. One move, she felt like it only took him one move to vanquished her from the world of the living.
