Wang Teng and Nihility were two worlds apart at the moment. It would be impossible for the former to reach the Darkland, even if he exhausted all his space power.

They were too distant, making his spatial capabilities insufficient.

Of course, he could give it a go if he had enough space stones.

Second, they would need to exchange positions, unless they were close by.

They were basically space nodes. If Wang Teng teleported to the Darkland and Nihility didn't switch to where he was, they would have to stay there and find other ways to return.

Hence, Nihility had to leave when Wang Teng went over.

Besides those two points, there were more restrictions.

In a nutshell, the connection was a good thing, but they couldn't use it however they wanted.

Since Nihility had left, Wang Teng stored the corpse of the Obelisk Scale Dragon Beast into his Devouring Space.

At the moment there were two unique spaces floating silently inside Wang Teng's consciousness.

One was milky white, emitting a faint glow—

The other was purple-black. It was dim and deep, giving off a faint glow.

The second, dark one was the Devouring Space.

Wang Teng entered it. The place wasn't as big as Nihility's, however, it was enough to store the Obelisk Scale Dragon Beast… even if it was a little cramped.

The dragon beast was completely covered in a cocoon of light.

A strong vitality was exuded by the latter. The antmen queen was undergoing a transformation.

Looks like she needs more time, Wang Teng pondered after checking the progress with his Real Eye.

The antmen queen was hibernating. He couldn't talk with her.

Wang Teng left the Devouring Space and entered his Space Fragment.

Little White was also undergoing a transformation. A huge blood cocoon was hovering in the sky. Catalpa and the other floral fairies were working hard in the spiritual garden below. They would raise their heads on occasion to give curious looks at the cocoon.

"Little White is about to finish," Round Ball exclaimed in surprise.

"Yes, it's almost finished absorbing the blood essence." Wang Teng nodded. He felt at ease, since the little one's transformation was coming along.

He didn't leave. Instead, he toured the garden and inspected the fairies' work.

The Floral Fairy Race were skilled in grooming, as well as breeding spiritual plants and flowers, surpassing other races in this aspect.

"Not bad," Wang Teng complimented, "the Spiritual Vanilla is useful for your cultivation. Everyone can take one."

The fairies were elated.

"Really? Are you really going to let us have some?" Flower Angel had ponytails that day; they bounced up and down behind her as she jumped for joy. She was like a cute little girl.

Yes, she did look really cute~

"You don't want it?" Wang Teng smiled.

"Yes, yes." Flower Angel nodded profusely.

"Go on, pick them up. I won't treat you badly if you work hard." Wang Teng disappeared the moment he finished speaking.

The little fairies were exhilarated. However, they didn't pick the Spiritual Vanilla right away; they looked at Catalpa first.

"Since he gave permission, you can pick them." Catalpa smiled when she noticed their gazes.

"Yay, that's great! I've been eyeing the Spiritual Vanilla for a long time." Flower Angel jumped up in delight. Then, she took out a small spade, bent down, and looked for a well-grown plant. She then dug it up.

Soon, an entire Spiritual Vanilla was dug up. The roots were also intact, showing how professional Flower Angel's skills were.

Once done, the fairy placed it below her nose and smelled it happily. Then, she stuffed it in her mouth.

"Mmm, delicious! Fragrant!" she exclaimed in satisfaction as she ate.

Catalpa, Flower Iris, and the other fairies followed suit, happily chewing their own Spiritual Vanilla happily, amazed by how delicious they were.

Wang Teng would have burst out in smiles had he stayed to watch the scene.

Unfortunately, he had already left the Space Fragment and missed it. He returned to his spacecraft and locked himself in the cultivation room.

He had made huge gains during the war.

First, all his five basic elements had reached the ninth level of the celestial stage; none of them lagged behind.

Wang Teng smiled when sensing the immense force reservoirs in his body.

His ability rose tremendously during his time on Defense Planet No. 29. Still at the celestial stage, but the difference was vast.

Unfortunately, other than the five basic elements and his dark force, the remaining forces had yet to reach the same level.

Still, they rose.

Constellation Light Force: 5600/70000 (planetary stage, seventh level)

Constellation Wind Force: 33200/60000 (celestial stage, sixth level)

Constellation Lightning Force: 12300/40000 (celestial stage, fourth level)

Constellation Ice Force: 13500/90000 (planetary stage, ninth level)

Constellation Poison Force: 2300/10000 (celestial stage, first level)
