Li Yibo’s expression was so thunderous that it could be compared to a lightning cloud.

Seeing Lu Yao, the freshman relaxed and let go of Li Yibo before standing up.

Zhao Yu was still out of his wits from the scene from earlier, having tried to step in at the same time that Jian Qi did but only getting halfway there before Jian Qi successfully snatched the wristband from Li Yibo.

After the freshman let him go, Li Yibo stood up too as he gritted his teeth in frustration.

“You think you are really capable by doing that, huh?” Li Yibo asked in an unfriendly tone.

Jian Qi smiled calmly and replied in a humble tone, but the words she said were not as humble as her tone was.

“I don’t need to be capable to steal it from you!”

These words made Li Yibo scoff.

“Jian Qi, so you have three wristbands on you now, right?”

At the same moment that he spoke, Zhao Yu and the freshman stepped out and stood in front of Jian Qi.

Jian Qi chuckled and asked, “Officer, do you want to fight with these two?”

The two comrades in front heard this and could not help sweatdropping.

Could she not provoke him on their behalf?

The veteran that was looking on at this could not help but laugh, now understanding why this girl always got into trouble with Boss.

Tang Jinyu’s gaze looked as calm as always, but that made it somewhat dubious given the circumstances.

“Her speed just now…” Tang Jinyu was quiet for a few seconds before he continued, “She was very fast!”

It was a simple compliment, but these words made the others blink at the point on which Boss was focused on. Then, they started thinking back on the scene from earlier on.

“It really was quick!” Lightning agreed. “She did all that in two seconds, tops!”

“She really is a goddess!” Feng Yi exclaimed.

Lightning laughed, before continuing, “She hasn’t had any reflex training before, so the fact that she could do that is quite amazing!”

Tang Jinyu looked at the monitor, his eyes squinting slightly.

Lightning looked at this reaction of Tang Jinyu’s, not knowing what was going through his mind.

Meanwhile, Jian Qi was talking to Li Yibo. “Officer, are you interested in fighting two-on-one?”

“You mean those two?” Li Yibo asked, looking at Zhao Yu that was currently quite badly injured.

Jian Qi smirked before reaching over and pulling Zhao Yu behind her.

“No, me and him!”
