“Girl,” Sandy was the first to react and immediately stood up from her chair. She pushed away Hodgson, who was blocking in front of her, and immediately ran towards Gu Mengmeng.

Gu Mengmeng came down from Lea’s arms and the both of them hugged tightly together.

Little bear bun and Girl were the nicknames that Gu Mengmeng and Sandy agreed the last time they met. Besides their partners, they were the only ones with a unique nickname for each other.

Even though it was just a nickname but because of Gu Mengmeng’s identity, it was already the highest honour in the Beast World.

Sandy was not concerned about honour but because she was the most special to her most important friend, it made her really happy.

“How is it? Is it hard to handle the beauty’s gratitude?” Gu Mengmeng teased.

Upon mentioning this, Sandy’s face flushed red. She lowered her head and said, “Girl, I have done you wrong.”

“What happened?” Gu Mengmeng was confused.

Sandy glanced secretly at Arnold and said, “Before you left I obviously said that I would accept him only after Lea becomes the Fox King, but… but… that day I really…”

Gu Mengmeng understood that Sandy was referring to Arnold and gave an understanding smile. She used her elbow to jab Sandy and replied, “I only said that because I was afraid of you having an emotional burden. It was just to comfort you and you took it seriously? Aiya, let me see…”

Sandy only took it as Gregory settling other matters for Gu Mengmeng so she did not take it to heart. After all, Auretin was also Gu Mengmeng’s guardian beast but he would not follow every time as well, so she was not concerned.

Sandy’s males had a deep impression on Gu Mengmeng’s ‘shocking parenting’ so once they saw Gu Mengmeng, they immediately entered a eunuch mode. Three layers of beast skins were stacked outside the cave and fruits and honey water were all prepared. They lined up neatly outside to welcome her and could not even bother to exclude Arnold.
