Back For My Daughter

Ye Qian wondered while the woman took another glance at him before saying.

"If you want to drink some water there is the water dispenser."

She said while pointing behind Ye Qian at the corner.

"Thanks."

Ye Qian nodded with a smile.

"Can miss tell me when will the person responsible or the ID would come."

He asked after a moment of taking a look at the dispenser.

It won't hurt if he were to talk that would help him anyways.

"Ohh, they should have come by now, but I also wonder why they have not arrived yet."

The lady muttered before reaching a conclusion.

"Maybe it's because of Sir Liu, with him not being the HR head, the verification signature should be made by the newly assigned HR Head, so they should be there doing all the work needed."

"Ohhh."

Ye Qian nodded, he understood clearly.

With Liu Kang not being in the company now, all the things that would need his signature were not valid now.

Of course, the IDs issued before would be changed through other methods and would be handed to the employees by mail but the newly issued ID would need the signature of the current HR Head.

And it was Han Xiaowen's mother.

And having a bit of information about her, Ye Qian knew that the woman was the previous CEO of Han Industries and ran the whole industry by herself also rising it to its current heights.

So the people who would go to her would be very serious and not dare to want to make her displeased in any way.

Even though she was the HR Head right now, one could just understand that her words would be enough to get anyone in the building to be kicked off.

So it was not an option, but they had to be pretty respectable to her.

"I wonder if Jia's first recess might have started."

Ye Qian thought taking a look at the time on the mobile.

They had walked out at nearly 9 and now it was already 12 and more.

Xiao Ya and Little Qiqi had two lunch breaks and the same was for Little Jia.

Of course, he knew just what would the breaks would mostly be used for, but they were children after all.

If they didn't do playing and running then how would they remain energetic and happy?

"Are you talking about the lunch break at Turtle Primary School?"

Ye Qian's mutter was not so small and with her already looking at him, the lady was quickly able to hear his words.

"Umhm."

Ye Qian nodded.

"My eldest daughter is there."

Ye Qian smiled.

"Ahh, is this a coincidence, my son is also there, he is in class 3."

The lady exclaimed, she looked quite surprised to see that Ye Qian had his child in primary school.

She was also amazed to see another fellow parent and one who looked so young.

"What class is your daughter in?"

She asked quickly in excitement, but then understood that her question might not be accepted in the way she had asked and so apologized.

"I am sorry, if you don't then you don't need to answer."

"No no, it's fine, my daughter is just in class 1, though she might go to class 2 in a few weeks."

Ye Qian laughed shaking his head.

He had seen the little girl study hard these few days, and after lurking around, he understood that the academic final exams were near and the little girl was probably worried about it.

Of course, there was no way that he would be worried about it though.

With the Spiritual Qi nourishing their bodies most of the time, even their brains were going through some minute changes.

And as their cultivation grew more, they would only get smarter and more intellectual.

"Hehe, your daughter looks very much serious for being in just class one, I remember, my son would always throw tantrums when I asked him to study just for 1 hour crying the whole day."

The lady giggled remembering the past.

"Haha, I also didn't like to study much when I was younger."

Ye Qian shook his head.

"Hehe, maybe the boys are just too blockheads sometimes."

The woman giggled, but then stopped as she apologized quickly.

"I am sorry, I didn't intend to say that to you."

She was about to bow in apology when Ye Qian waved his hand.

"No, it's fine, I know some children like studying while some like playing."

"Hmm."

"My son likes drawing though."

The lady nodded while giving it a thought.

Ye Qian also nodded.

"You said that your eldest daughter was in class 1st then how many children do you have?"

The lady thought, from the looks of it, Ye Qian not knew that talking to the lady had released a gossiping beast inside her as there seemed to be no stop button for her.

But then thinking that she was probably the only one on this floor at the reception all day without any colleague, she would probably be bored to death all alone.

Ye Qian scratched the back of his head before saying.

"I have three daughters, the eldest is in class first, then one is in the last year of kindergarten and the youngest is a year older than her."

"Three in a row huh?"

The lady pinched her chin and exclaimed while raising her brows.

'This young man and his wife are pretty good, 3 children in a row, that is hard to imagine.'

She added in her mind seeing Ye Qian smile wryly.

'I almost lost my senses raising one and they are raising three and that too with such little gap between them.'

She could not help but want to bow down to Ye Qian in praise and awe.

She knew well enough how it was to raise a single child and couldn't help but revere Ye Qian and his wife for being so diligent and hardworking.

'Umm, maybe they just did it on a whim and each time it GOALED?'

She added in her mind again taking another look at Ye Qian.
