Liu Ye didn't hesitate to dash towards Xu Yue's bedroom and knocked on the bathroom door. "Zhenzhen! Are you okay?"

With all the unknown of the changes inside their bodies, anything could happen to them. They didn't hear any reply but Liu Ye still didn't barge inside knowing Xu Yue was right next to him.

"Move, I will go in," Xu Yue announced as she shoved him to the side and she entered on her own. Only a second after he heard a happy laugh which caused him to relax.

His heart was beating like crazy but when he sat on the bed, a sudden chilling feeling spread throughout his body and calmed him down. He blinked a few times as he checked his heartbeat and sure enough, his blood was flowing normally again.

'Is this my passive ability…?' Liu Ye wondered, realizing the human body would never react this fast. His body was even more agitated whenever Zhenzhen was in possible danger so it wasn't as easy to calm himself down.

Everything was still a theory but it seemed like Firebenders could regulate the heat in their body while Waterbenders could influence the flow of their blood..

"Babe, you can enter inside now," Xu Yue called out as the glass door opened and he didn't hesitate to enter.

"What happened?" Liu Ye questioned as he searched for danger around the bathroom only to spot a small squirrel sitting on top of Zhenzhen's shoulder. "Of course…"

"Big bro, I am sorry for worrying you," Zhenzhen apologized as she secured the towel on her chest and introduced the squirrel on her shoulder. "It's all because of this naughty boy. He jumped on me while I was showering so I was scared for a second."

"It's okay, as long as you are safe," Liu Ye nodded and headed back towards the exit. "You can finish your morning routine while I wait in the office."

"Wait, there is something else I want to tell— Ah!"

When he turned around to respond to her, Zhenzhen was already falling down at him after slipping on the wet floor. He caught her in time and judged her with a gaze.

"How many times did I tell you not to run in the bath—"

He paused halfway when he saw the squirrel hanging down on the edge of the towel. Before he could do anything, it struggled and pulled down on Zhenzhen's only cover.

Even though Liu Ye closed his eyes right away, the image of her naked body was still vivid in his mind.

"Big bro…" Zhenzhen muttered shyly and he let go of her while trying to be casual about the accident.

"We can talk about your matter once you are done, okay? I will wait outside," Liu Ye replied and left without saying anything else. It would be better to leave the aftermath to Xu Yue instead.

'Damn… Hope it won't affect her much…' Liu Ye cursed as he shook his head to throw the forbidden images from his mind.

Although it wasn't that big of a deal for him, he knew that Zhenzhen could take it differently. He would be stupid if he didn't notice the feelings she roused for him over the years. He didn't know what to do about it earlier so he simply left it as it was.

It seemed like he couldn't ignore it anymore.

"So it's really happening?" Liu Ye muttered as he postponed the matter with Zhenzhen to look at the bigger picture.

What more did he need than seeing all three of them changing. It was clear proof that something was happening and he needed to figure out how to control it.

'Do I need some kind of trigger to awaken?' Liu Ye thought while playing with the water in the bottle. Liu Ye thought he could ask Xu Yue to attack him but he knew that wasn't enough.

Deep down he knew that she wouldn't hurt him so it wasn't enough.

"Babe, we are ready."

The girls came out of the bedroom as he was deep in thought and he was surprised to see Zhenzhen wear one of Xu Yue's qipao dresses. It was white with red roses and tightly wrapped around her waist. Despite being modest in design, one could see all her curves underneath.

When their gazes met, Zhenzhen blushed and looked down while straightening her back. Liu Ye couldn't help but joke around to release the tension in the room.

"I don't think I match your style," Liu Ye commented as he looked down at his simple shorts and black shirt. "Should I wear a suit? You both look beautiful while I look like I work here."

"I don't think you do," Xu Yue replied with a smile as she pulled him up from the sofa. "If you worked here you would be in your uniform."

"That's true," Liu Ye nodded and turned to Zhenzhen, "What was it that you wanted to tell me earlier?"

"Uhm, it's…" Zhenzhen tried to reply but suddenly got stuck and Xu Yue came to her rescue.

"She said she felt some connection with that squirrel as if it tried to talk to her. She didn't understand anything though but you can guess what it meant," Xu Yue explained as she embraced Zhenzhen by her waist. "Shall we go eat something? I'm starving."

"Mhmm, me too…" Zhenzhen nodded and mustered her courage to face Liu Ye's gaze. "Let's go big bro."

"I'm right behind you," Liu Ye replied with a warm smile. She blushed again and walked out with Xu Yue while slapping her face as if to wake up.

Zhenzhen's problem was the least troublesome as they had to face a much bigger threat. Not only will tens of Bounty Hunters try to kill him in the near future but Master Yang also sent one of his men who was supposed to arrive in the morning. He had Xu Yue support but unless he got her father's assistance, it could be problematic.

Just as he thought about him, it turned out that Leader Xu and his wife were already sitting by the kitchen table while eating their breakfast. When they saw them arrive, Leader Xu threw him a stern gaze while pausing his feast.

"It's good that you all came. We were just talking about you."
