In the morning, I received a phone call confirming that it was a single tube positive.

In fact, judging from the burning situation that lasted all day yesterday, this should be expected.

Now let’s share our first day experience.

I feel uncomfortable when I wake up in the morning and feel afraid of the cold.

Then I went out to make a single-tube nucleic acid test and bought breakfast. After returning home, the thermometer measured 38.5 degrees.

Immediately send away the children and the elderly and leave the wife behind.

I returned to the master bedroom to isolate myself. All the medicine, food, and water were delivered to the door and I put on a mask to get it.

Since there were no other symptoms other than fever, I didn’t take any medicine.

I just drank a lot of water, and then ate two kinds of fruits, cantaloupe and oranges, twice in between.

Lunch and dinner are porridge, with some easy-to-digest food such as meat floss.

I also took vitamin C in the middle.

I ate a pack of small Bupleurum granules before going to bed at night.

It's really hard to sleep well when you have a fever. You wake up almost every hour during the night.

My whole body aches, my head hurts, and I feel dizzy when I stand up and walk.

But it's not as uncomfortable as imagined, and it's basically within the tolerable range.

What I plan to do is take antipyretics if the temperature exceeds 38.5 degrees.

I took my temperature several times a night and it was always around 38.4, so I didn’t even use antipyretics.

By the next morning, this morning, my body temperature had dropped to 38 degrees when I measured myself at around 7 o'clock.

It feels okay.
