The Porsche 918 is the production version of the previous 918RSR and 918spyder concepts. Mass production of this car began in September 2013. The official 0-100 km/h acceleration time is 2.6 seconds.

Judging from the initial experiments, with an output of more than 770 horsepower, the 918 accelerates to 100 km/h in 3 seconds, and the top speed reaches 325km/h. With the help of a 6.8 kWh lithium-ion battery pack, the car is capable of driving up to 25 km in pure electric mode and reaching a top speed of 150 km/h.
