My historical mission 2

When we reached the bottom of the cliff and turned on the flashlight to look around for the monster that had just fallen, we found that it could no longer be found where it had just fallen. But we saw a large pool of blue slime on the ground, and I now understand that this blue slime is the blood of that kind of monster. It seemed that this guy was not lightly injured, so I shone around with a flashlight again, and saw blood extending towards the beach. We followed the trail of blood left by it, and further on, there was a reef by the sea, and the reef here was very large. From above, it looks very close to the sea, but when I came down, I found that it was at least 20 meters high to the surface of the sea. The blood stains disappeared on a large reef, and after looking around, there were no more blood stains, and I thought it wouldn't stop the bleeding for itself.

He took a flashlight and shone it under the reef, and saw that there were spots of blood on the rocks below. It was down there, so I had no choice but to take out another bundle of rope and tie it to a protruding reef. Hold on to the rope and go down, but before we can get to the bottom, we find a hole under the reef that extends into it.

We got to the bottom of the cave and looked up, and it was a big hole, and even a big truck could go into it, and there was water flowing out from the bottom of the cave. We took a closer look at the entrance to the cave with a flashlight, and found a lot of blood, as well as a few broken tentacles.

And the blood stains went into the cave, and my brother and I carefully avoided the sharp stone and went inside. Even if there is a strong flashlight, I can't see far, and I always feel that the top of the cave is very high. We felt small as we walked in the darkness, and we had been walking in for ten minutes when a cold wind blew.

We always felt like we were going down, I had a feeling of walking on the road to the underworld, the silence here was terrible, I couldn't understand why this place was so close to the sea, why I couldn't hear the waves at all in this space.

The more you go inside, the less blood there is on the ground, and it's not that the monster's self-healing ability is strong, it's not that the blood has dried up. But the further we go inside, the stronger the fishy smell becomes, and I don't know if we've come to the lair of this monster.

I guessed it right this time, this is really its nest, we seem to have reached the deepest part of this hole, this is a flat sandy area, and the innermost part of the sand reflects the water. Unexpectedly, the bottom of this cave is connected to the sea, and where the sand is against the mountain wall, there is a nest-like place surrounded by sand, and there are hundreds of half-human-high eggs in it. The flashlight shone on the eggs, and they emitted a pale blue light. The eggs are translucent, and you can clearly see the octopuses floating in them.

As we looked around, a huge thing from the top of the cave swooped down on us. Fortunately, my little brother and I hid quickly, otherwise we would have to be crushed by it. I don't care about so much, and we have to solve one problem if we attack directly, otherwise if there are a few more to besiege together, we won't be able to bear it.

The one that

pounced on it was the one we had beaten to the point of blood, and now that it was weak, it was the best time for us to dispose of it. I embodied the whip again, this time so close that I wrapped it around its head and one of its tentacles around my waist. Its tentacles were so strong that I felt like my waist was about to break off as soon as I wrapped around it.

The fire whip in my hand quickly absorbed the life energy on its body, but the power of the tentacles wrapped around my waist was too great for me to bear. At this moment, the little brother rushed up and slashed the tentacle with a knife. The tentacles broke, and I was thrown aside.

Even so, the whip in my hand did not let go. The monster pumped its tentacles at us like crazy, and I added another layer of protection to me and my little brother, and then increased the speed at which it absorbed energy, and the furball fed back more of its berserk abilities to my fire whip. The little brother kept cutting off the tentacles that the monster waved, and in this way, the monster's attack became more and more weak.

Half an hour later, the monster I had absorbed the vibration energy fell to the ground. My brother and I saw that this one had been solved, and we relaxed for a while, and I rubbed my waist with one hand. It hurt a lot, but luckily I could feel my bones okay.
