On the second day of "Made in America Week".

Trump has come up with a new trick.

The White House said on the 18th local time that Trump is looking for ways to certify legitimate American goods to defend American-made products and actively crack down on imported products that are improperly labeled "Made in America".

According to Reuters, a senior U.S. government administration official said in an interview that Trump will discuss with small and medium-sized manufacturers on Wednesday how to certify products and how to prevent foreign counterfeit and shoddy products.

These products include sink filters, flags, tableware, pillows, etc.

"There are too many examples of foreigners labeling their products as 'Made in America'. The worst offense is that they actually stole the design of the product before that."

The official mentioned that the United States loses $300 billion every year due to the theft of intellectual property, from jeans to semiconductors.

Instead of creating new regulations or spending taxpayers’ money to solve the problem, the White House plans to work with the private sector to establish a new certification and verification system, the official said, citing the example of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED: a green building rating certification system established by the U.S. Green Building Council in 2000) which can be used to assess the environmental sustainability of construction projects.

The report also pointed out that Trump said on Monday that his government would crack down on "predatory online sales of foreign goods" that hurt U.S. retailers.

But the U.S. media 410 does not seem to buy Trump's account, and they call "Made in America Week" a hypocritical joke.

Trump himself was accused of double standards. While promoting American-made products, Trump's own brand is using cheap Chinese-made products.

The Washington Post commented that if America produces the best craft products, then why doesn't the president's own company make products in America?

Trump family companies rely on foreign factories including China, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Vietnam and other countries to produce shoes, handbags, shirts, dresses, jeans.

Similarly, many of Trump's own clothes and home accessories are also produced in countries such as China, Bangladesh and Mexico.

Even Trump's luxurious hotel is full of foreign products, including bathrobes, slippers, towels, telephones, coffee machines and lamps.

The Washington Post said that when he condemned American companies for moving manufacturing abroad, he was criticizing himself.

And when he was questioned why he manufactured products overseas, Trump's answer was "everyone else does it."

According to the Washington Post, Leo Gerard, president of the United Steelworkers of America, expressed anger and called Trump a liar.

"He has never done anything for anyone except for himself. The steel bars in his building are all made of Chinese products, and he has never purchased them in large quantities from us."

America's largestA report issued by the AFL-CIO (American Federation of Labor-Congress of Industrial Organizations) also condemned Trump.

"His decisions are all made at the expense of American producers and their employees, just for the higher interests of him and his family."

At the White House's "Made in America Week" product display, a media reporter asked whether Trump would set an example by moving the family business's products back to the United States for production, including the clothing company under his daughter Ivanka's name.

White House spokesman Spicer quickly said, "No response to the situation of a specific company."

CBS commented: "For many years, Republicans and Democrats have been committed to revitalizing American industry. But the fact is that manufacturing has never really left the United States, only jobs have left. In terms of output, manufacturing is by far the largest contributor to the American economy."

The third day of "Made in America Week".

Martin flew to Washington, ready to lobby Trump and his staff.

He hopes that the United States will also transfer manufacturing to Guinea, where there are cheaper workers than in China.

"Our working class is divided into two categories. One is the bottom-level workers - mainly responsible for some brainless jobs, such as coolies and simple assembly - most of them are local blacks, and their salaries are almost negligible; the other is technical workers - mainly responsible for some jobs that require skill - most of them are white and yellow people, but given the low cost of living in Guinea, their wages are also very low."

"I think transferring American manufacturing to Guinea is a good way to reduce costs."

"But I just said that I want to keep manufacturing in America. Doing so will make people feel that I say one thing and do another." Trump has some doubts.

Martin smiled and said, "To be honest, the current manufacturing industry in the United States cannot compete with China, Japan, and Korea in terms of quality or cost, especially China - Chinese manufacturing has occupied almost 80% of the small commodity market in the United States."

"I know that as an immigrant country, the United States needs a strong external enemy to maintain cohesion, and now we are in a honeymoon period with Ross, so we can only establish China as the new enemy of the United States."

"But, Donald, your family business has many interests involved with China, which creates an embarrassing situation. You criticize China while using Chinese products and cooperating with China to do business. Such behavior will make your words unconvincing."

"Then, Donald, why don't you transfer your own business to our Guinea? At least in terms of manufacturing, our Guinea is not much worse than China, and the labor is cheaper."

Martin's words made Donald a little moved.

But it's still the same problem.

"Made in Guinea is not Made in America. I still can't convince the public."

Martin laughed and said, "Can we change Made in Guinea to Made in America? There are more than 200,000 American workers in Guinea now, and we will continue to open up work visas and even immigration for Americans to come to Guinea. Isn't it equivalent to creating more jobs for Americans to open factories in Guinea? What's the difference between this and Made in America?"

"Oh, there is still a difference. We are cheaper and can make capitalists gain more benefits."

Trump muttered, "Yes Yes, there are more than 200,000 American workers in Guinea, but there are also the same number of Chinese workers, no, even more. I heard that Chinese people can go to Guinea without a visa, just like Americans. "

Martin smiled and said, "That's right, but the people don't need to know this. They just need to know that we have provided more jobs for American workers. Don't worry, I will take care of those mainstream media, and you don't have to worry about the Internet. As long as the public opinion is one-sided, the people will be easily brainwashed. As for the few sober people, they can't change anything."

Trump was greatly shaken.

He opened his mouth and finally said, "I need to discuss it with my people and give you an answer in three days."

"Okay."

Martin stood up with a smile and retracted his magic.

He believed that Trump and his team would agree.
