Since leaving Haoshan, the master and his disciples hurried on their way.

Sun Wukong was a little depressed along the way.

As the journey to the west went further and further, Sun Wukong had more and more doubts in his heart.

The tribulations on the journey to the west were like playing.

Sometimes it seemed dangerous and difficult, but in the end it was a whimper. There was more than one big hand controlling it, which made Sun Wukong uncomfortable.

Although Sun Wukong did not feel any danger, the feeling of not being able to control his own destiny made Sun Wukong very uncomfortable.

Seeing that Sun Wukong did not walk in front for several days, but hung far behind the team, the master and his disciples were very strange.

Finally, Zhu Bajie couldn't help but say, "Master, do you think Monkey King is hysterical? Why has he been walking behind and staring blankly these days?"

"According to Monkey King's previous temperament, he would have jumped to the front. But since leaving Haoshan, Monkey King has rarely spoken."

"Could it be that Monkey King has encountered some difficulties and can't tell us?"

Tang Sanzang also noticed the strangeness of Sun Wukong. If Zhu Bajie didn't say anything, Tang Sanzang thought it would be fine.

However, Sun Wukong has been like this for several days, which still makes Tang Sanzang a little uncomfortable.

Tang Sanzang pulled the reins and stopped, shouting: "Wukong, since leaving Haoshan, I have seen you speak little. Did you encounter any difficulties?"

After Tang Sanzang said this, Sun Wukong raised his head and said awkwardly: "Master, I just don't understand some things. It's okay, it's okay!"

Sun Wukong waved his hands repeatedly.

Seeing this, Tang Sanzang was still a little worried.

Continued to ask: "Wukong, are you really okay?"

Seeing Tang Sanzang's concern for him, Sun Wukong smiled: "Master, don't worry, I'm fine!"

Thinking that he was distracted by these things, Sun Wukong shouted in his heart that he was guilty.

So he walked to the front again, and the listless look before was gone.

I don't know if Sun Wukong has figured it out, and Tang Sanzang didn't ask much.

Tang Sanzang patted his white horse, took to the road, and headed west.

Time flies, and changes in an instant.

After more than a month, the master and his disciples were walking on the road, and suddenly heard the sound of water. Tang Sanzang pulled the reins and stopped.

"Disciples, where is the sound of water..."

Sun Wukong laughed and said, "Master, you are too suspicious and can't be a monk. We are all four people, but you heard the sound of water. Have you forgotten the "Heart Sutra" again?"

Tang Sanzang shook his head and said, "The Heart Sutra was taught orally by Zen Master Wuchao of Futu Mountain. It has 54 sentences and 270 words. I heard it by ear at that time, and I still recite it often. Do you know which sentence I forgot?"

Sun Wukong laughed and said, "Master, you forgot that there is no eye, ear, nose, tongue, body, and mind.

We monks don't see colors,The ears do not hear sounds, the nose does not smell fragrances, the tongue does not taste flavors, the body does not know cold and heat, and the mind does not have delusions. This is called getting rid of the six thieves.

Now you are concerned about seeking the scriptures, and you are afraid that the demons will not give up their bodies, so you want to eat vegetarian food and move your tongue.

You like to smell sweet smells, hear sounds, and look at things. If you attract these six thieves, how can you see the Buddha in the West? "

Hearing this, Tang Sanzang was silent and thoughtful.

For a moment, he was also a little stunned.

After a long time, Tang Sanzang said: "My disciple, since I left the holy king, I have been running around day and night very diligently.

The straw sandals trampled through the fog on the mountain, and the bamboo hat broke through the clouds on the ridge. The monkeys' cry in the quiet night is lamentable, and the birds' chirping in the moonlight is unbearable.

When will I be satisfied with the three threes and get the wonderful Dharma text of the Tathagata? ”

After hearing this, Sun Wukong couldn’t help but applaud and laughed, saying: “Master, it turns out that he just misses his hometown! If you want to complete the three-three-line journey, what’s the difficulty? As the saying goes, success comes naturally.”

Zhu Bajie saw Tang Sanzang and Sun Wukong talking to each other, and muttered in his heart: “These two really deserve to be the people chosen by the Buddhist sect to obtain Buddhist scriptures. The Buddhist principles are one after another.”

Zhu Bajie was not interested in the Buddhist teachings they talked about.

But seeing that they talked like this, I don’t know when they will finish. So Zhu Bajie also joined in and interrupted:

“Brother Monkey, if the obstacles are so fierce, you will not succeed even if you walk for a thousand years!” (To read the exciting novels, go to Feilu Novel Network!)

Sun Wukong smiled when he heard this: “That’s what I said, but where are there so many obstacles!”

“Oh! "Zhu Bajie raised his eyebrows and asked, "Do you know how long it will take for us to reach Lingshan?"

Sun Wukong shook his head and said, "With sincerity, Lingshan is right under our feet!"

After that, Sun Wukong said no more and ran to the front.

The men kept walking and their horses were running fast. When they were about to reach the middle of the day, they suddenly saw a black water in front of them, and the horses could not go in. []

The four masters and apprentices stopped at the shore and watched carefully.

But they saw the thick waves, the thick waves, the black water, and the black oil.

You can't see the human figure from a close distance, and you can't see the shape of the trees from a distance. The ground is covered with ink, and the water is gray for thousands of miles.

Tang Sanzang got off his horse, came to the shore, pointed at the river and said, "Why is this water so muddy? ”

Zhu Bajie raised his eyebrows and said thoughtfully: "From my point of view, there may be something strange in this river."

Sha Seng also said: "This water is a bit abnormally black, as if there is some mysterious power controlling everything."

Seeing Zhu Bajie and Sha Seng analyzing each other, Sun Wukong said: "No matter what, we must find a way to help Master get across."

Zhu Bajie shook his head and said: "If it is not difficult for me to cross this river, I can either ride on the clouds or carry water in the river. I can cross it in less than a meal."

Sha Seng said: "If it is me, I can just ride on the clouds and water and cross it in an instant."

Sun Wukong also said: "It is easy for us, but MasterIt's difficult."

The three brothers looked at the river in front of them and were a little troubled.

At this time, Tang Sanzang asked: "Disciples, how wide is this river?"

Zhu Bajie said: "About ten miles."

Hearing that it was ten miles, Tang Sanzang was no longer worried.

On the way west, the master and his disciples also crossed many rivers. Some were even wider than this river, which was not a difficult task.

So Tang Sanzang said: "You three can decide, and ask one of them to carry me across."

Sun Wukong hurriedly said: "Bajie can carry Master across the river. He is the Marshal of Tianpeng, and he is suitable for crossing the river."

Seeing Sun Wukong pushing himself, Zhu Bajie immediately shook his head and said:

"If you carry Tengyun, you can't leave the ground for three feet. As the saying goes, carrying a mortal is as heavy as a mountain. If I carry the water, I will fall into the water."

The master and his disciples were discussing at the riverside when they saw a man rowing a small boat from the upper reaches. Tang Sanzang said happily, "Disciple, there is a boat coming. Ask him to ferry us across."

Just when several people were shirking the responsibility and Tang Sanzang was already dissatisfied, Tang Sanzang suddenly shouted loudly, "Boatman, come and ferry us across! Come and ferry us across!"

The master and his disciples looked over and found that a boat had appeared in the river without them noticing.

The man on the boat said, "I am not a ferry, how can I ferry people across?"

Tang Sanzang chanted a Buddhist name and put his hands together and said, "We are the Buddhist disciples sent by the East to obtain Buddhist scriptures. I hope you can do a favor and ferry us across. I will be grateful to you! ”

There is only one boat on the vast river. If you miss it, you don’t know when you will be gone. How could Tang Sanzang miss such an opportunity? He must fight for it no matter what.
