The day's plan begins in the morning. On the eastern horizon, the sun rises slowly. Birds are chirping in the garden. The breeze blows and the water is calm.

Inside the house, Ying Wei was sitting cross-legged on the bed, with his five hearts facing the sky, and there was internal energy surging in the eight extraordinary meridians, running around the sky.

For a long time, Ying Wei opened his eyes, only to see a flash of light in his eyes. Although the glimmer of light at that moment could not reach the realm of whiteness in the empty room, it still touched a trace of truth.

"If we hug each other, how can we not be separated from each other? Is it possible to be as soft as a baby if you focus on your Qi?"

"Is it possible to eliminate all mysteries and become flawless? If you love the people and govern the country, can you do nothing?"

"If the heavenly gate is open and closed, can it be considered a female? If you understand Sida, how can you be ignorant?"

"A living animal is born without being born, used without relying on it, and grown without being slaughtered. This is called Xuande!"

Ying Wei recited a chapter from the"Tao Te Ching" loudly, feeling his inner breath gradually approaching the"Tao"’

"call——"

Exhaling the turbid air in his body, Ying Wei stood up from the bed, straightened out his brocade clothes, and stood in front of the window, admiring the flowers blooming and falling in front of the court.

The content of this article in the"Tao Te Ching" reads like a method of cultivation, but in fact it is indeed a method of cultivation.

It's just that this article does not tell you the 'skill' of how to use your internal power to navigate the eight extraordinary meridians, but the 'meaning' that points directly to the 'Xuande' avenue.

What this scripture teaches people is exactly the sequence of how to cultivate virtue and become Tao.

Although it was called the"Tao Te Ching" in later generations, after reading the original text in this pre-Qin era, Ying Wei felt that this philosophical work by Lao Tzu should be called the"Tao Te Ching"

‘The"De" chapter comes first, and the"Dao" chapter comes last. Cultivate virtue first and then become a Taoist.

"Lao Tzu is worthy of being the founder of Taoism and has influenced countless schools of thought. The Tao Te Ching actually describes the highest method of cultivation."

Ying Wei sighed with emotion.

Coming to this pre-Qin period where martial arts existed, Ying Wei naturally wanted to become a master.

And if you want to become a master, practicing internal strength is an inevitable process.

However, many advanced methods of cultivating internal strength are For example, the secrets of Mohism, Confucianism, Taoism, etc. are not passed down. And each sect is very private, so it is difficult to learn the core methods of these sects.

However, since Ying Wei became a disciple of Xunzi, he naturally came into contact with Confucianism. The method of practicing internal strength.

People have eight extraordinary meridians, but the eight extraordinary meridians in the human body do not define which meridians are 'Tao' and which meridians are defined as 'Confucianism'.

Therefore, the profoundness of each sect In fact, the methods lead to the same goal through different paths. They are all experiences summed up by predecessors in countless practices, and there is no distinction between superior and inferior.

Of course, these experiences have become the secrets of various sects.

And the reason why these cultivation methods are It is also divided into different categories such as"Confucianism","Taoism","Mo", etc., mainly depending on the understanding of the people who practice internal strength.

Confucian people learn those Confucian classics every day, and the internal strength naturally cultivated has the characteristics of Confucianism. Taoist people recite and comprehend Taoist classics every day, and the internal strength they develop is close to 'Tao'.

So just like Ying Wei, although he practices Confucian internal strength methods, the essence of his thinking is based on ' Tao' controls Confucianism and Law, so the internal strength he cultivates is closer to Taoism. Ying Wei's temperament is more Confucian, but when he uses martial arts, people will definitely suspect that he is actually a disciple of Taoism's"Tian Zong" or"Human Zong".

This way of practicing internal strength is not martial arts at all, but a bit fantasy.

But thinking that those people in the Yin Yang family can play things like Yin Yang, fantasy doesn't seem to be a big deal.

Recite 'Morality' every morning and practice Internal strength has become a good habit that Ying Wei has developed over the years. Especially after practicing internal strength in the morning, his eyesight will be clear and his thinking will be sharp throughout the day. With such benefits, Ying Wei will naturally study hard. There are hundreds of scholars.

There is no family that makes everyone surrender, so there is no division of realms in this era.

In particular, the foundation of various schools of thought lies in thought and the way of governing the country. Martial arts is only an external 'skill'. Pursue martial arts and give up ideas. , then you will abandon the basics and fall into the inferior vehicle. The so-called martial arts are actually used to protect the Dharma.

However, although there is no detailed realm division in this period, this scripture of Laozi almost clarifies the order and purpose of a person's practice.

‘If we hug each other, how can we not be separated from each other? Is it possible to be as soft as a baby if you focus on your Qi? '

The meaning of this sentence is the unity of spirit and body. When the essence and energy are gathered together, one can be like a baby.

According to the understanding of Ying Wei, a later generation, it is actually about refining essence, cultivating Qi, and nourishing the mind, so as to achieve the innate state

‘Is it possible to eliminate all mysteries and become flawless? If you love the people and govern the country, can you do nothing? '

This sentence means to cleanse the soul and make the state of mind peaceful, so that there is no blemish.

If you care for the people and govern the country, you can follow nature.

According to the understanding of martial arts, after achieving innateness, one must begin to cultivate the state of mind so that the mind is free of distracting thoughts and thus perfect.

When the state of mind is flawless, you can understand your own 'Tao', which is in compliance with the principles of nature.

‘If the heavenly gate is open and closed, can it be considered a female? If you understand Sida, how can you be ignorant? '

This sentence means that after you understand your own way, you can open the gate of heaven and regulate your own way.

That is to say, whether it is Confucianism, Mohism or Taoism, if you fully understand your own thoughts and concepts, you can be called the"big" state.

After understanding one's own way, one method can be used to understand all methods, thereby completely abiding by the laws of nature, knowing everything, truly uniting heaven and man, and finally achieving Xuande.

Therefore, through this chapter of the Tao Te Ching, Ying Wei forcibly defines the realm of this world as:

‘The seven realms are acquired, 'innate', 'mind-washing', 'enlightenment', 'tianmen', 'unity' and 'xuande'.

In this world, just exercising and learning some boxing and kicking skills are acquired realms.

As long as those who can obtain the orthodox inner strength training method can cultivate their innate skills through diligent study and practice, they can become some knights who can rise and fall.

After this, it is necessary to strengthen one's self-concept, cleanse the soul, and exercise the state of mind. This is 'mind-washing'.

Then, after your mind is clear, you need to understand your own path, which is to 'enlighten the Tao'.

The two realms of cleansing the mind and enlightening the Tao are not difficult for various schools of thought, especially the Confucian, Taoist, Mohist, and Yin-Yang schools.

Confucians recite classics, and Taoists study Taoist scriptures. These are both processes of cleansing the mind.

As for enlightenment, it is even simpler. As long as you recognize that you are a disciple of Confucianism, Mohism, etc., and practice Confucianism, Mohism, etc., this is enlightenment, forcibly turning the Confucian and Mohist ways into your own way.

The 'Tianmen' after this is to practice one's own way to the extreme, and there are very few people who can do this. Only a few people among hundreds of schools can reach this state.

After all, most people know it but don’t know why. Even if they read Confucian classics every day, can they really understand the true essence of Confucianism?

The vast majority of people just follow the example, imitate the cat and the tiger, and do it according to the classics, without knowing why they do it.

The final unity of heaven and man is to use one's own way to understand the way of hundreds of schools of thought. Those who can do this are even rarer.

Among all Confucians now, Xunzi is probably the only one who has reached this level and understood some of the principles of Legalism with his core Confucianism. Otherwise, how could Xunzi have taught two Legalists.

As for the last Xuande’,‘Like a living animal, it is born but not existing, it is made without relying on it, and it grows without being slaughtered.' This is a bit too fantasy. Anyway, in Ying Wei's opinion, no one in the world should be able to reach this state for the time being.

But now, Ying Wei's state has only reached the point of cleansing his mind, and he is in the process of 'enlightenment'.

For other disciples of hundreds of schools, this is the simplest state, but for Ying Wei, this is the most difficult.

Because what Ying Wei learned was not exactly the same as the Confucianism, Taoism, and Law of this era.

These ancients in the pre-Qin era were quite simple in this regard. They identified an idea and tried their best to implement it. Since their predecessors planted trees, naturally this state was easy to achieve.

In this period when Confucianism has not been improved, Legalist ideas have not been absorbed, and Huang-Lao's techniques have not been practiced by dynasties, Ying Wei's 'Tao' is too novel.

So for Ying Wei, this realm is the most difficult.

However, Ying Wei believed that as long as he could meet his brother Ying Zheng and tell him his philosophy of governing the country, he would be able to understand his own way, practice it, and thus 'enlighten the way'.

After this, the 'Tianmen' can be achieved by Ying Wei accumulating in practice and turning his ideas into reality.

In the later"Unity", this principle that all laws are universal is the most difficult state for the"simple" people in the pre-Qin Dynasty, and most people will not be able to achieve it in their lifetime.

Because Confucianism will never recognize Mohism, and Legalists like Han Fei extremely reject Confucianism.

But for a modern man like Ying Wei, this realm is the simplest. As long as he reaches the 'Heaven Gate', he will directly cross this realm and become one with nature and man.

Because his path has been along this path from the beginning.

Especially in this era, people hide their knowledge too tightly and ignore every single one of them, making it almost impossible to achieve the unity of heaven and man.

As a modern person, if conditions permit, Ying Wei would like everyone to be like a dragon!

This is the difference between him and most people of this era, that is, the scale of the pattern exceeds the limitations of the era!

"The amount of internal strength in this world can only determine whether you can fight for a long time, but the real strength lies in the understanding of the realm."

"This is not martial arts at all, but a bit fantasy!"

"It is impossible for me to take shortcuts in martial arts, but I can look forward to the future, which will lead directly to the path of heaven and man."

"There are hundreds of schools of thought, hundreds of schools of thought, why do I have to learn from a certain one? Can't I become one of the disciples and speak for the whole family?"

Ying Wei was high-spirited and optimistic about his future.

But soon his face fell down again. These are things in the future after all. Now we still have to solve practical problems first. How can I avoid the assassination of Jingli?

Ying Wei didn't know that since Xuan Jian handed over the information to him, it proved that the arrival of the Jingli was not far away.
